Been treated for knee issues for a year now and had surgery scheduled early May. I have heart condition which was disclosed at each visit. They cancelled night before and wanted to schedule at hospital nearly 2 month later. I asked for a refund for co-pay to see Dr Myerthall which he never showed - no response, asked for refund off $350 for ice treatment machine - no response, asked it they would waive 2 pre surgery visits - no response. Even though I requested to cancel new surgery still getting calls from Banner to prepare for surgery. Most disorganized place I have ever dealt with. Fired CORE, went with another provider and surgery was a success.

I had a spill from a horse and went to see Dr Myerthall and went to see him for a consult and new X-ray. All good. He is always so good to discuss these things with. Much reassured. Pleased I did not screw up my hip replacement!

Remember back in 2014 when you came rushing into the surgery prep area claiming you couldn't do my hip revision surgery after all? Remember telling me that you were still going to open me up and remove the hardware then sew me back up and then "see if you could MAYBE build a prosthetic outside my body"? Yeah. Surgery got cancelled really fast. Now 8 years later I had one doctor give me metallosis and another who still didn't do a proper revision. All that needed done was to go in, back out two or three screws. Reposition the joint secure the screws then sew me up and TA DA! I would be able to walk now and I wouldn't be in the pain I am in from having disappearing bone disease. Thank you. Now issue your generated response.

Dr Myerthall was personal and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and gave me confidence about my upcoming surgery.

Moms cortisone in knees injections went well, but she’s in so much pain she can hardly walk!

Excellent surgeon, great bed side manner. I reccomend Dr Myerthall to everyone that needs his services.

The P. A.s are great! But they are not the surgeon that you will finally meet one week before your surgery. This practice is just a surgery mill who cares more about the bottom line and making money than the patient. Communication with office is extremely poor and frustrating. Good luck trying to get someone to return your call. Find somewhere else that cares about you, the patient! This is not the place.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Steven Myerthall on January 25th, however when I got to the CORE building where I was supposed to see Dr. Steven Myerthall, I was surprised to see a different and much younger doctor who appears to just graduate from medical school. The most bizarre thing that I could not believe is that I received a request to rate Dr. Steven Myerthall after my appointment with a completely different doctor, and I did not see Dr. Steven Myerthall at all.

Very wired experiences to say the least!

I did not see Dr Myerthall for my check up. I saw Dr Martin, a member of his team. Dr Martin was interested and very informative. Dr Myerthall did my surgery which went well.
