Marge Tweed At Stephen Paul Salon did a fantastic job on color retouch. Blondes can be challenging and Marge nailed the most beautiful color the very first time sitting in her chair. I highly recommend Marge at Steven Paul Salon!

Koltton Fox is amazing! Been going to him for years! Professional and kind. Even when I moved out of AZ I still travel back to see him! Best facial and eyebrow design ever experience!

Vangie Wilson is a colorist genius for blondes. The salon is so warm and welcoming, it's so cute. You have to go to see it. Plus there is cafe inside and a bakery across the street that has yummy cookies. It's a treat to go here.

Steven Paul Salon has taken a very strict approach to COVID-19 protocols. Social distancing was in place along with mandatory face masks & sanitizer stations being placed by each door. I felt very safe being there for my hair appointment today.

This was my 1st visit to Steven Paul Salon and Shane was my stylist. He did a wonderful job. He was professional and polite and easy on the eyes too His price was very reasonable too. He accepts cash or credit so that was nice, because I didn't think to ask when I scheduled my appointment.

I got my base bumped and he recommended some lowlights to soften my platinum blonde. I admit, I was very nervous going to someone new for my color. My girl is booked out till the end of November and I couldn't wait that long. (She gave me the OK to see someone else.lol)

I'm very happy I called Shane for an appointment. I've gotten nothing but complaints on how beautiful my hair looks.

The salon is easy to locate and has plenty of parking. It's located in Old Town Scottsdale It has a large clothing retail area and the clothes are beautiful.but come on guys.not every woman out here is a size 0. You need more XL & 2XL. Women of larger size love to look just a classy ans sophisticated as the twiggys do. They also had some nice hand bags and tote bags. If you're looking for a mask that not the ugly disposable type, stop on in. They have a large table as you walk in with a wide variety, dressy, playful and seasonal styles for both men and women.

They have a small Cafe inside that serves food and beverages. I didn't look at the menu. I had just eaten. However, several people were enjoying the freshly cooked rice bowls, green salads and iced coffees and Teas. It all looks and smelled delicious. I've been told you can order a breakfast burrito and have enough for 2 meals or share it with you style if you desire.

The mural on the ceiling in the shampoo area was so interesting. You need to look for the men in the clouds. I could do without the freaky clowns throughout the salon.but it is that time of the year for goblins and ghouls.

Will I go back.my heart is torn. I LOVE my girl but she's getting so busy.

I have exclusively switch all of my self care needs to Steven Paul salon. They cater to every possible need, from nails to hair to waxing to body sculpting, plus the cute boutique items for sale. They have been extremely safe and followed all CDC guidelines. Staff is friendly, considerate, and caring. This has become a place where I feel just as at home as I do at home.

CLIENTS BEWARE! Although having a talented stylist to address your hair needs is certainly a priority for clients, the management, organization, and professionalism of both the business and staff is equally vital to a positive salon experience. Unfortunately, Stephen Paul Salon lacks professional management and renders highly substandard customer service. Scheduled appointments are often mistakingly cancelled by staff and/or scheduled for the incorrect day / time. It appears that Stephen Paul's business operations are incredibly unorganized which negatively impacts and inconveniences clients. I strongly encourage potential clients to consider another salon unless you are receptive to showing up for an appointment that was mistakingly cancelled by their staff, or arriving for a service that was incorrectly scheduled for the wrong day / time, or being victim to unprofessional management and poor customer service. Shame on Stephen Paul Salon for failing to ensure professional business operations and high standards for customer service!

I wish I could post photos of the bright orange color the stylist Joanna put on my hair. I’m a 60 year old corporate executive who was just looking to touch up my roots and match my auburn hair color. The stylist decides if my hair is slightly red that means a bright pumpkin orange, not even blended into the hair would be a good match. It looks like she dipped the top of my head into orange paint and threw some at the side of my head for good measure. When I immediately said it was not acceptable she starts yelling at me about not understanding color. Oh I understand color - been coloring my hair for decades. I also understand people who don’t know what they are doing but deflect it on you.
Bad, bad, bad experience and I still have to go tomorrow to fix this mess.
The entire horrible experience cost me almost $200. Could have gotten a clairol bottle at CVS and done better.

I go there to Marc Reid, my hairdresser, and Sasha Park, my nail gal. Both are excellent at what they do. Gloria's Cafe which is located right in the shop is great for lunch. They deliver to your chair as well so you can multitask.

I've been going to Pam for two years now, and she does a great job every time! The staff is always welcoming, and there is a little boutique and cafe to peruse before your appointment. Pricing is pretty standard for Scottsdale.

I left the salon not quite knowing how to feel and did not want to be mean by leaving a bad review, but the *only* hairstylist from that salon that was unfortunately, under a Groupon deal just recently, was extremely condescending and attempted multiple times to charge extra by making negative comments about my appearance. The first 15 minutes of my appointment were spent arguing which color she wanted for me. Anything else, right off the bat, would cost extra. She didn’t even ask to see the Groupon voucher I purchased (since I paid her, again, for my service) so I now I have a voucher that I can’t trade off and will not ever attempt to redeem with her. She stressed that I show up on time or earlier for my appointment because she had another customer right after me. I show up 15 minutes early and waited 25 minutes because she was out to lunch. She was unprofessional. I get the impression she will pick who to behave in this manner with, and who to treat courteously.

Go see Kathleen Harcar- Bishop she is the best hair stylist and makeup artist in Arizona customer's fly in as far as Hawaii to get hair color etc.

I’ve been going to Nya for over 10 years. She is amazing. She is an expert at hair color and updos for weddings. But even more, she is warm and caring and funny! She now does hair for a lot of my friends and family. It’s nice to have found that hairdresser that you hope will be doing your hair the rest of your life because not only are they talented they are also an amazing person that you enjoy being around! Brittany Rud was fabulous. My daughter had her hair highlighted, cut and styled with her. She has received many compliments. Thank you for being a true talent and professional.

My wife got her hair done there they do hair sell clothes and have a coffee shop. Very relaxing environment.

Worst part of moving to the Midwest was leaving my beloved hair salon behind. Always great service.

Great experience at this salon which also houses a nail salon, cafe with patio, and reasonably priced boutique. Kristie styled and colored my hair. I will be back!

This is a lovely salon. Cute gift shop, many services include hair, massage, facials, nails. I love having my hair done by Grace O'Brien. She is awesome.
