I highly recommend Dr Andrews and her staff. Professional services, compassionate and quality care for all of dogs.

The reply of Ms Andrews is beyond uncalled for, contains total false information and shows once again that she cannot deal with my legit complaint professionally.

I did not get into details with her about what I would do in what scenario and she has no clue what was done to my dog between the day of the attack and my visit to her clinic.

She jumped to conclusions and read things into things just because she did not like my replies which I kept brief because she was unwelcoming with an already acusing look on her face.

I do not need to defend myself and will not get down to her level but will consider to not only get the licensing board involved for failure to advise of the long cut that could break open but also for slender.

She is going too far with her dramatic suicide response and badmouthing me to distract from her negligence.

Her duty as a Vet is to care for my dog at the time of my visit and nothing else.

I offered her to simply reimburse me for the overpriced bill and I would have let it go.

I rescue dogs all the time and even spent thousands of $$ knowing I have them only for a short time. I currently have 4 others at home and everybody who knows me, all see my as the Mother Teresa for abused dogs.

My long time Vet will happily confirm that and will post as well to clear my name.
Unfortunately she lives 5 hours away.
I do drive up there at times she is simply the only vet I entrust my dogs with.

Ms Andrews knows nothing about the health history of my dog let alone what that dog suffered through before I rescued him.

How dares she judges me in her ridiculous response. She failed to treat my dog properly and that is the point.

Again, no wonder she can accept new patients while no Vet in Kingman, Bullhead City and Las Vegas can. I called them as I needed help for my recent rescues and some were not even able to take me as an emergency.

If interested, keep watching for updates.
I do not want other dogs in need being neglected like this and again, this is the only issue at hand.
The vet I took him to with his huge hole in his chest showing torn muscles and and extreme soft tissue damages cannot even be sure that one major surgery will be enough to fix it all. And here Ms Andrews worries about a simple fracture.

Do not ever take your dog there withChest injuries and flesh wounds.
This is the absolute worst Vet I ever had to deal with.
I brought my dog in after a pitbull attacked him.
His chest and neck area had flesh wounds and he could not put weight on one of his front legs. His ear was chewed up.

Ms Andrews is the most uncaring, unfriendly, unprofessional, arrogant and condescending person.
I do not want to get into the details about that fact at this point.

I should have left the office instead of even letting her treat my dog.

But he was in bad shape so I let her clean the wounds.

After paying almost $400 for a so called exam, wounds cleaning and some meds, I left and made it very clear to the receptionist how I think about this vet.

Debbie is awesome. She gave me an appointment the same afternoon I called in.

I should have been suspicious right there.

No good vet has appointments available on short notice for new patients and has a sign out 'accepting new patients'.

I went there on Wednesday and yesterday I see that the so called few puncture wounds are no such thing but one big hole in his chest the size of about 5 x 3 inches and about 2 inch at least deep.

She MUST have seen that it is one big hole or will end up in one with her 28 years experience. I had wondered why she didn't stich anything.

I am plain speechless and beside myself.

Needless to say, I will confront her and request my money back.

Let's see how that office will handle my complaint. Next step is complaint at the Veterinarian Licensing Board.

Now I need to hunt again for a vet that will stich this huge wound on emergency bases. I will not let her touch my dog again.

Love these people, caring and considerate We take my service dog and 2 farm great pyrenees to them. Always gentle and calm with my stubborn, pyr girls. Our last vet was afraid of one and would muzzle her, though not necessary. This vet said, "Let's see how she does, " and what do you know, no muzzle

Every single person in this building is so amazing and compassionate. They make sure you understand everything they're doing from start to finish and will explore every option possible with you. They have a love for animals and a passion for what they do. You can feel it the moment you walk in the door.

Very nice staff, I was shown around the facility and all of my questions were answered. My fur baby has a new care provider and a place to be boarded if needed.

With the exception of rising veterinary costs (which is obscene), these guys do a great job. They care about animals and good service. Many believe veterinary care in this region is sub-par. I believe Stockton Hill Animal Hospital is a place to take your pets. Ensure you ask question and understand why any vet does tests and what they would do if the tests come out bad. Possibly, you might not have the tests performed if you know the action a vet might take based on the results. Trust your vet as a team player not as the final authority. Good luck!

They r rude and uncaring I give them NO stars. They give you no information about any thing they are all animal haters

The ladies there are absolute saints! They worked me in when all other clinics said they weren't taking any new clients. Only animal clinic I recommend in SW AZ!

Very friendly and caring staff. They've taken amazing care of all three of our fur babies, very affordable, and they get you in and out quickly. Appointments are same week, not months out like others.

Love this Vet! Doctor Andrews is amazing. She offers good health care and tips for our furkids. Love the staff too!

This was the finest veterinary clinic I have ever used. We had to get our Chihuahuas teeth cleaned and I was extremely stressed. The great people at Stockton Hill put me at ease and did a wonderful job cleaning Lulu's teeth.

Dr Andrews and the entire staff is always so kind to my entire menagerie. They remember the nicknames for pets (we have a sweet murder muffin) and I am confident that they recommend what they need.

I was also comforted by their compassion when I lost my kitty of 14 years. She was extremely important to me and they made her last moments loving and peaceful. I can't recommend this vet enough.

Worst place ever mean staff that treated me and my cat horribly. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I would only expect what I paid for wouldn't you?

In Arizona for the winter and had a dog tear a toe nail—Called and got in within a couple days and they were Very Friendly and there facility is Very Clean—The price was Very reasonable and i would Highly recommend them to anyone needing Vet Service!
