The storage location seems to be in a ruff location but with Brian working up front my mind is at ease. He's great always welcoming and willing to help, nothing goes unanswered.

The PM there goes by Brian has great customer service, took care of me and was very knowledgeable.

Brian was great at helping me out getting a new storage and cancel by old one! Fast and friendly service!

My experience with the property manager Brian was great today. He was very nice and friendly. Brian even offered that I include a storage lock with my rental. Thank you!

It gets a little expensive
for the space you get. Plus don't be late fees are outrageous

Was super easy to set up online. Everything can be done without having direct contact with anybody.

I've used storage units a lot I think storage king has the best rates out of any one.

So I gave this place 5 stars at first but have to revise it. You get what you pay for. Certain people rules don't apply to had my storage broken into 3 times while I was there and they wouldn't let me review the cameras tried to call Phoenix police and they said to report it to the manager and they will come out to file a report. The police were never called FOR ME. So the insurance wouldn't cover any loss. There are at least 6 other people I know had their storage broke. Into so we started to stay at night to basically act as security and that was an issue about being there after hours. But there's a couple of select people that doesn't apply to they have no issues staying at night. The other thing the few people not all that were staying at night got 86ed from the property. Also I paid for an AC unit on my initial reservation and was in a storage in the far back in the hottest unit there. The old management would also profile certain people. If you do choose this place I recommend getting a hot spot and camera system for inside the unit cause with the experience I have had their camera are live feed. There is nothing being saved. If there is that even more f'ed up that they did nothing for me when. My unit was broken into

My unit got broken into at night. Fence has been broken for almost a month now so anyone can get in. Property management ducked and doged the police for a week bc camera records over every 3 days. Then acts like he didn't know that he let's homeless sleep their and get high.

I've been here before just to help friends. It's very kept and locked in. Sizes very and the gentleman working at the time was very professional.

Express check in / rentals, i did it all online. Self explanatory, leased signed, unit assigned, gate code, cameras, easy to get to the unit, and open later than most. 24hr access upon approval/$. Cheap too!

Price is good, however for 3 days I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone working there in person multiple times a day and two calls a day. They fired the last lady who put my unit up for auction by accident! Who accidentally does that! And doesn’t notify you! The gates have been left wide open day and night for 3 days now and off and on before. I also contacted customer service to let them know because we have a lot of theft around here and they don’t care. They say they will call you back and check on where the manager is but they never did. I’m fed up! My stuff isn’t safe. Units and doors that say must remain closed at all times are all open for more than 24 hrs

Amanda had phenomenal customer service skills. Front desk was more than accommodating to our needs and extremely friendly and willing to make sure that our unit was clean and fit our needs.

Extremely low price! Very friendly staff. It was a very good experience I Believe it was Amanda that I spoke to.

I reserved a unit on line and was able to sign lease and everything else on line which was convenient! I called when they closed to see if it went thru and check on everything Amanda had answered and when I tell you’ll customer service at an A+ I mean that!

Nice clean and quiet facility, lowest prices I have found anywhere. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and lives on property, which makes me feel safer storing there. An absolute pleasure all around! Outstanding service!

Very easy and very convienient.the only downfall is there are no elevators and the unit i was assigned is upstairs, so I have to always have to take someone with me since i can not climb the stairs

The office personnel were friendly and helpful. They made it easy to obtain a unit and get things moved in.
