The lady up front I forgot her name but she was super cool and nice and she was definitely easy on the eyes but besides that she new her job and exactly what to do and how to handle herself very professionally

Very friendly. Only problem I had was uncontrollable. Wind took car covers off other vehicles and all piled up by my car.

Was a four star when I got the storage unit. Great lady at office.but today someone new in office CLOSED EARLY. ACCESS FROM 7AM TO 7PM MEANS JUST THAT. I HAD GOTTEN JUST BEFORE 7PM and only had a few boxes and totes to unload off a rental truck. A RENTAL TRUCK. AND THE LADY WHO WORKS THERE NOW WOULD NOT LET ME OFF-LOAD IT MAYBE 10MIN. 15 TOPS. SAID THE GATE WOULDN'T ALLOW ANYONE OUT ALREADY. I'll be moving my stuff before the next payment is due!

Definitely worst place to do buisness, since day one contracting with this specific facility has been the worst ever, to say the least. Unfortunately for the employees, its not really the Staff fault, The facility makes Rules nd Policy changes as we go on continueing buisness with these people... I have been here, stuck (outside) and denied access into my storage, although i have never been late and paid in full this month. Access is from 7am to 7pm, i have been here since 7: 40am its going on 9am.never ever ever use Storage Quest again.

Please save ur apologies.u guys will only pay an inconvenience fee of $25 discount ON UR NEXT MONTHLY BiLL. How about you keep those 25greenbacks and put them back in ur bank account, i KNOw u need them more then I do. Tired of this kind of Service, and its happening everywhere.everywhere!

They were great I was there for five six years no break-ins the rates were great I recommend it
