Nick is really wonderful! I have gotten stretched many times but I must say Nick is my absolute favorite. He really knows how to release tightness snd spasms. He is amazing!

We’re in from Kansas City where we frequently use StretchLab. Daniel was my flexoligist here in Scottsdale and he was thorough, engaging, and just a great young man. If you use FlexLAb and are in Scottsdale this should be your “go-to. ”

Lori was awesome getting knots out of my glutes which significantly eased sciatic nerve pain in my lower right back area. I look forward to my next session with her as am eager to get this acute pain to leave me for a long time.

My stretch with Roy was an excellent experience. His knowledge and skills are what make him a great flexologist!

Roy is amazing! He is strong, yet gentle. He is a good listener, who customizes the stretches to target my specific problem areas. I also appreciate his suggestions on exercises to do on my own. I highly recommend him.

I am in my 60’s and experiencing hip pain. After one session with Kaleb I was able to walk with much more ease!

Roy was outstanding! He is a capable/knowledgeable professional who is very good at working with you to address the concerns that you have with respect to your flexibility and in working with you to improve on those areas in need of attention. I would highly recommend Roy.

I had a monthly subscription to the StretchLab in Gainey Ranch. This franchise is poorly run, and all the employees talk negatively about the owner. Apparently, the owner does not know about running a business, which makes sense because there's a high turnover here. There is always a new receptionist whenever I go, and they are ALWAYS late.

I originally signed up with General Manager Samual Reeder and loved the flexologist Tabitha. I had a few sessions with Tabitha before she quit. She was full of knowledge and helped me with stretching. After Tabitha quit, I was disappointed because I had a new flexologist who could have been more knowledgeable. He used one of those massage guns you can buy on Amazon to kill some time, which I thought was a waste of my subscription, so I informed the General Manager, Samual, about it.

I had booked with Alyssa, who's also fantastic, but she's typically always booked. I booked with Lori on Friday 9/1/23. I showed up early as usual and waited 15 minutes. The receptionist told me Lori wouldn't be coming in, so it was a complete waste of my time and not being notified beforehand that Lori wouldn't be there. I emailed Samuel about this (The GM) and he didn't apologize! I called him out for NOT apologizing.

I heard SO many great things about Stretchlab, but avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve been a member since 2019 when the store opened and have referred several people over the years.

The results speak for themselves as I’m more athletic and flexible than I’ve been for years.

The staff and managers have worked hard and provided a good member experience for me and those I’ve referred.
