Taken on time period found the staff to be very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Doctor Triester took the time to go over everything and answer all questions. Positive experience all around.

I'm an established patient with Dr. Trister.
Experiencing some health issues and referred to Dr. Trister by my PCP as well as ER Dr. When calling for appt. I was placed on hold for over an hour to be disconnected. Called back and on hold for additional hour to be told that my referral had not been received when in fact it had been faxed 5 times. Same exact thing happened second day in a row. Could not get an appt for 5 weeks out. Office staff were very ruid, unprofessional and very heartless. Even went to office in person and received same unprofessional treatment.
THIS OFFICE INDEED NEEDS SOME FRONT OFFICE STAFF REVISION. OFFICE STAFF ARE AS IMPORTANT AS MEDICAL STAFF REGARDING PATIENT CARE.
