8I love the service I get from Rosa. It's always consistent and top notch. She is very flexible with my schedule, friendly and professional.
Don't bother. There are no hours posted, the rude person that "just answers the phone" says it's because everyone works their own hours. The door was locked, no one knew why or where the workers were & the rude person was exasperated when I attempted to find out why I can't get in when it's clearly posted as open. I went to Fantastic Sam's. Plan B is better than than being treated like taking my money is a favor.
Foil frost had previous success chunky blonde hair and brown contrast. Had picture of my hair I wanted again. Rosa said she could do this. After over 90 minutes my hair was all dark not any blonde. I told Rosa I was unhappy said she can redo later in evening
I had other obligations that evening. I wanted to talk to Manager No one on shift. Called today talk to Tony the mgn. She was rude refused refund I was afraid Rosa would make my hair worse. Mgn. Refused to correct my hair color or refund. Said I wasn't charged enough. Because of my fear having Rosa fix my hair I was told to go someplace else don't come back to there shop. I kept my cool but Tony was very unprofessionally. I do not recomend anyone get any foil frost in this shop. I asked for someone else who knew coloring but manager refused to help correct this issue. Now I hate my hair color and she told me to go get it done someplace else. How is this any way to make a customer feel better? I do not recommend this shop. Very unhappy. I give them no stars and reported to BBB
The ladies at this salon are amazing! I have been going for many years! Have always done my hair the way I want it. I always leave happy, both of the owners are very professional and I have recommended so many friends here and they love it.
Nancy Allen does a fantastic job and listens to what you want done. As you know, that is rare that someone listens to what you want. I have people stop and comment on my hair all the time. Give her a call and make an appointment today️
I loved how open the salon is with high ceilings and lots of room between chairs. Rosa did a great job coloring my gray and cutting and styling my hair!
Rosa is a Godsend! I have finally found a new stylist! She is a true professional, very talented, and a great conversationalist. She colored and cut my hair and did it beyond my expectations. How fortunate was I to find her! Thanks to her I feel like a new woman!
I went today I loved how they did my hair but when they waxed my brows they did them so skinny
