I was very impressed with doctor Mutyala. He was very friendly. He explained the treatment in detail yet it was clear and understandable. He took time to answer all our questions and made us feel at ease and comfortable.

This office is very, very efficient and friendly. All instructions are clear and precise, so there is never any confusion. Dr Mutyala is engaged, attentive, and makes sure to explain everything thoroughly without rushing his patient.

The phone tree for this group AZCCC is horribly broken. Calls cannot be transferred properly and there is minimal chance of speaking to a real live human being. They also do not have a functioning patient portal, which is mandated by federal law, and is the gold standard for hospitals and medical providers as far as patient communication and access to medical records.

Dr Mutyala is top Radiation Oncologist. Very pleasant, respectful, so helpful in explaining all what you need to know about HDR. He does his job with care and I can tell he does his job from his heart. One thing I learned in my life is doing any job you should do it from your heart. After I met with him and he explained what he was planning to do, I felt so comfortable. During the HDR procedure what pleases me about him most that he gets involve in helping the staff beside the fact he has huge job to complete is the procedure. During the procedure he made me feel relaxed and he kept chatting with me and explaining what he is doing. Thumb up to you dr Mutyala and thank you and I must say his assistant nurse Shasta what a wonderful nice lady and of course the entire team. I honestly felt like I was visiting family members no exaggeration. They treat you as family. Best of success to you Dr Mutyala and your team

Although no one would choose the need for radiation treatment, I have to say the technicians at the AZCCC location made the process a joyful experience. After 30 treatments, I felt we were friends. Although everyone may have a bad day, you would never know it. Welcoming smiles from entry to exit. I don’t miss the treatments, but I miss the gang.
