Suburban has done a terrific job taking the stress out of renting. I was very nervous to put the work of property management into the hands of someone else. Cristy Olof of Suburban Real Estate Group heads up and organizes a great HomeTour. This is a special tour that brings realtors, home inspectors, lenders and other businesses that share the real estate world in Green Valley and Sahuarita together for their mutual benefit. A caravan of realtors plus business representatives visits homes that Cristy organizes in a logical and well scheduled tour and that features homes which listing agents want to highlight. Each home is critiqued by the group and helpful comments are offered to be shared with the listing agent and often their sellers. It is not only fun but really helpful in getting more eyes on your listing. There is a winner of the Best House on Tour by vote of the group and when I won in June 2023, I was totally surprised by the array of gifts and gift cards that came with that nice honor. Thanks Cristy and Suburban Real Estate for the unique and creative way to improve my business!

Our second rental was a complete nightmare and getting anything fixed was a fight. Between ants coming into the house, mice coming in through the holes under the sink, ac breaking, heater going out, water coming In through the hall closet, the well literally running dry every week in the summer. Every step to get that place livable was a fight between you guys and the owner. And we were stuck in the middle
