12Worst customer service ever, sub are sloppy, cold after took out the oven. If there was option zero stars then I'll rate that store zero. I will never go there again.
This, By far is the worst salad I have ever actually had to eat, by presentation it looked OK for a few seconds but noticing what the condition of the lettuce looks underneath the topping items wasn’t appealing, not to mention the complete lack of spinach that would’ve made the salad complete, but for it not to be diced like other subways have done, which may be a difference between a corporate or franchise location, but none the less completely dissatisfied. But definitely not DoorDash’s fault. Subway just sucked come on Tony hawk get them in gear!
The girl that was working refused to serve me because it was 9: 30pm. They close at 10pm and their doors were unlocked. I won't be back to Subway again.
Service was the best! The bread was fresh and tasty. The Italian herb and cheese bread was balanced on flavor for the best taste yet. The only issue was the pickles had jalapeno juice in them so the taste was off. Will definitely be going back.
IF YOU ARE PICKY AND ENTITLED THERES ANOTHER SUBWAY ACROSS THE STREET IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, SUBWAY AINT NO 5 STAR RESTAURANT.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Horrible service, staff gave my order to someone else and accused me of lying. Management ignored my concerned and my calls. Worst experience I've ever had.
I ordered online for pick up & when arrived they didn't have my order ready after 20 min they just blamed that i had ordered at different location. I asked to order again & they made me wait.
This store is covid 19 price gouging the food has always been good here but now the same sandwich I ordered in March is 4 dollars more and any bets once things get back to normal they won't lower their prices
They always get my order wrong and they don’t answer the phone. Who is doing the hiring here? Better training needs to be done.
I love me some subs just need to put a lil more meat on sandwiches and the bread doesn't seem to be very fresh
I went in there the day earlier to get a meatball sub and they didn't have enough to make the sandwich. The employee asked if it was ok to make the sandwich anyways. I said "yeah if you can give me some sort of a discount, no problem". He said no and dumped the meatballs back into the pan. No big deal. Went in today to get a meatball sub to go and this time the pan is full of meatballs! So I get my sandwich and leave. When I get home I bite into it and the meatball is hard. I spit it out and the inside of the meatball is black as well as some of the others. I call the store to warn them they were bad and get no answer. So here's a review instead.
It is a Subway Sandwich store and so it would have been. I ordered a six inch turkey on Italian herb and cheese. I have been a manager at another Subway in another state. The ladies had no one but me at the time, in the store. Told the ladies they should refill there lettuce & spinach. They ignored me. The cutting board was a mess. The price was reasonable. I believe that one gal had a nose ring in her nose. That's a big no no.
All of the tables were dirty with the seat's. I will show pics. They don't take long to clean in between mad dashes of customers. I really worried that if my food was as unkept as the store, would or could it make me sick. It didn't but, I count that a blessing from God.
I do know that you are told to get everything done with your employees working only a certain amount of time. You also need to keep people who care.
