Subway, Tucson AZ

Went in late in the night and everything was amazing the food and specially the service Tamara provided amazing service. I will definitely will give her a 5 star rating great job to this kind women she definitely deserves a raise and i will be returning. Thank you tamara

My daughter went into subway to get a drink and sandwich while i shopped. She went to find me to say she was staying up there. When she went to get a refill she was denied and the lady Sarah argued with us. First off she needs to tie her hair back. Nasty. Should have never served my daughter If I had been there I would have made my daughter walk away. And who charges almost $3 for a 20oz drink with no refill when eating. Wont be going back. Please learn basic hygine in Restaurants and keep your hair up.an

Ohhh KC if this review gave customers a chance to give you a zero and plenty of them id give you a few. This guy when i asked for the manager claimed to be the store manager, wouldnt give me any phone number at all so i could complain towards his service. Bad service. Never again.

Josiah helped us today, he's an AMAZING guy! Took our order and was super great and fast.

Placed a simple order online around 11: 45 ordering an Italian BMT. When I went to eat my sandwich I noticed it did not have the designated meats.

Worst subway ever. First she started by shaking out chicken from the scoop so almost a scoop of chicken then the tomatoes were soggy and going translucent. Then she went to cut it while the sandwich was open just smashing the entire thing. Goes to wrap it and it was so loose that when she put it in the bag it folded in half as she handed it to me and when I opened it complete mess! Never going back!

Really honest. Subway is good but there are better places. If I'm going to eat out I rather get something else

I ordered two sandwiches for lunch requested all the vegetables on one of them and specifically requested that both of the sandwiches were not toasted what I received was too very burnt toasted sandwiches completely devoid of vegetables. This location NEVER answers the phone and NO ONE is ever available to help. I don't understand how a location functions without a manager but hey it's not my company. Shameful, lazy and sloppy to say the least and beyond unprofessional instead of answering the phone one of these children have the nerve to send me a text message telling me to just leave a review. I'm over it. Won't give them my business again.

This place isn't what it used to be. These kids run around with earbuds in their ears and wear ripped jeans. Taste like the food is old. What happened to this place?

It was ok, not my regular store. I got dbl meat and wasn't even offered my free cookie. He was just rude all the way around.

Person treated me horribly didny bother to wear mask properly and overall was a terrible person

I order on the mobile app where they can literally see what I specifically wanted and they always mess it up somehow. Don't get me wrong the food is good, but they always give me the wrong bread, I ask for less sauce and it seems as if they put double, they never have the food ready on time when app says it'll be ready, I even arrive 10 min late for it and it's still not ready.
