18Literally just found a scraggly looking brown hair from my sandwich. Got to eat a quarter of a 15 dollar sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.
These people came to my resque. I needed lunch fast and they prepaired me a hot sandwich quickly and with a smile. They had fantastic cusotmer service. I loved my MONSTER sandwitch on wheat with everything and a vinigerett dressing. Yum! You should try their cranberry cookies. I really enjoyed those.
Best sandwich place around.only the way you want it. And the people who work there are very happy to help you.
IT IS ALWAYS a delight to see see the subs being made right before you, and the smell of fresh baked bread is AWESOME! People friendly and clean.

The weirdo behind the counter had horrible customer service! Flies around the meats and cheeses and dirty cutting board. Won't be back!
They were super helpful! I was catering an event and they gave me all the options and were patient as we decided what to do. Yummy food, classic Subway aroma, and great service by the workers:)

Has a drive thru, can't say that about any other Subway I've visited. Otherwise, it is a Subway, just what you would expect
I went thru the drive thru. The man who took our order was not happy to be there and you could tell. Not very pleasant. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and not like this all the time. Sure didn't make me want to see him again.
I waited 21 minutes behind one car for my food that I ordered and paid for online on the app then they didn’t have the chips I wanted and I asked them for a regular sun chips and they gave me cheese sandwich was not toasted and was barely warm and I didn’t have the right kind of bread either worst sandwich ever really disappointed!
I ordered a tuna sandwich with nothing on it over the app and they put spinach and bell peppers on it. This is not the first time they've messed up my order
It’s been at least 3 times i place an online order and i get there and it’s never ready! Well this time my order was supposed to be ready at 5: 40pm i had to wait until 6: 00pm for it to be ready i know stuff happens but this is the third time i get there and it isn’t ready.this time they messed up the order they didn’t add all the stuff i requested on two of my sandwiches out of the four i order.other than that the staff is super friendly maybe they just need more help!

Very chaotic and busy when I visited, employees were jumping jumping over each other instead of being at assigned stations. The food was pretty good and didn't take too long. Seemed like out of five only one was a seasoned employee. There is a drive thru option and there was plenty of indoor seating available. Conveniently located on the way from NM to Phoenix.
If I could give zero stars I would. The last two times I have been here I have had the worst customer service. First experience they did not acknowledge I was even there. Without saying anything she just stared at me until I told her what I wanted like I was wasting her time. And proceeded to make my sandwich with an attitude. Second experience went through the drive through there was no one else in the store, we ordered two sandwiches. We had the same lady help us. I ordered a sandwich and requested it be toasted, due to being pregnant and not being able to eat lunch meat without it being heated up first. They did not toast it and I had to go home and heat it up myself. Needless to say they need better staff who actually care about there job.
