Subway, Kingman AZ

Honestly, this was best experience I've had with a subway EVER! The person that served us was so helpful and fun. This was my first time eating out since medical diagnosis that drastically changed my diet so I was taking a little extra time and I never felt rushed. Not only that but when I told my server about my dietary needs they were knowledgeable about the nutrition info of the food AND was making suggestions. It was great and I really appreciated it.

Clean place. Best deals are on line. It doesn't seem like to long ago they had the 5.99 foot long. I ordered a tuna the other day. 3 scoops of tuna on a foot long. Not acceptable. Then pay 11 bucks!? Good bye to those 5.99 days. Plan on paying double for less. Double wowza. Again get the app and order on line and save a little money. Crazy world.

Disgusting Subway. And don't bother having a complaint. Corporate could care less and will not follow up.

Ordered via the app for pick up and successfully used a coupon. Our sandwiches were textbook perfect! (And I have a ton of modifications on my fave) Store was super busy when picking up but staff was friendly and eager to help. We'll be back soon, nice job!

My new friend took me out to lunch & helped me in my yard. She also bought me a couple things I needed for the yard in exchange for items I was going to sell.

Ordered delivery and did not receive the chips I ordered. Called the store and was told that the only way to get the chips was to come get them. If I wanted to come get them why would I order delivery?

Visited the evening of 1/10, and great service! The store was busy with quite a long line, the phone ringing non stop, and the 2 working handled it like it was business as usual.

We had the worst experience with Subway that we've ever had. Everyone of our subs were messed up. One sub was missing three items and had something we didn't ask for. We're not going back to this one for a long time.

Horrible presentation. I always order extra pickles and onions and had to argue with them about what was an adequate amount. Was told that they were only allowed to put so much on there. Walked out of the shop will never go back there again

3 footlong subs and some cookies cost me $47.00! Never again will I go back there and pay that amount for low quality sandwiches.

Very poor customer service. Wait time for a sandwich is ridiculous. Also they can't even follow directions to make orders correctly. Very VERY DISSATISFIED with this subway.

Young woman that was making my sandwich just looked at me, No hi welcome to subway, no how may I help you, not even a what you want just a goofy smirk. We had a staring contest until I had to tell he what I wanted. At the need she said somebody else would ring me up wait so long I sat down. So unprofessional, Kingman deserves better.

I'm a doordash driver I came to this Subway to pick up an order that should have been done 10 minutes before I got there and made me 30 minutes late for picking up which I never pick up because your customers is so bad that they were taking regular customers orders over doordash orders and refused to take the order in completed therefore I canceled on my customer and took a different order I personally come to this same way to eat I will no longer come to this Subway again

The worst sandwich I have ever gotten and the worst customer service. I have called this location to try and get my sandwich remade and they don’t even answer there phone my sandwich don’t even have the cheese on the bread it melted to the side of my bag
Update. I got ahold of another one of the franchise locations and she made it right. I will give the Hualapai Mountain Rd location my business but not this location!

Worst subway ever dry bread was falling apart no sauce on either sandwich worst customer service sandwich tasted like cardboard will never go there again veggies were old

Came to restaurant on friday 16th of April - Great service, clean area, great sandwiches, good price. Love this location Customer service is superb

This place is amazing and the staff even more so. I arrived like 5 minutes before closing and was expecting to get turned away like the other Subway did but was pleased when they did not. They were very friendly. This is for sure my favorite Subway in town. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff is definitely not afraid to work and go that extra mile to please the customer. Thank you very much to the 2 staff that were working tonight I appreciate your great work ethic I hope your employers see it as well. Keep up the great job.

3 stars is the most I will give a fast food place. The sandwich (cold cut) was good. I am handicapped and getting around with a walker. No one offered to help me get my sandwich to a table or to assist with my drink.

Just wish with the wraps that they spreaded the meat a bit out instead of having a thick layer of meat with every bite.
