The girl working on 2/13/23 at 5pm wouldn’t get off her cell phone to come to the front and help me. I waited a good 5 minutes and walked in twice to try to get her attention but she’s too attached to her cell phone

I ordered a turkey with honey mustard sauce. By the time I got home and opened my sandwich it was so drenched with sauce it got everywhere when it fell apart. The turkey was disgusting. Waste of time and money. Don't go to this location if you can help it.

Alright service. Hours are wrong tho or they don't turn the open signs on. Came this morning and signs off with the employee smoking in the back so assumed closed until a guy walked in. I've also been here before at night and they are closed with lights off. Says they aren't supposed to be but guess they lied.

Apparently I can't give this place no stars? We always come to subway specifically for their delicious chocolate chip cookies. We noticed they were out so we asked how long before they made a new batch. The lady replied with a very short irritated tone, "We won't make any cookies until the morning. " She sounded really annoyed, but my sister and I have worked across the street from this location and have waited their many times for a new batch in the middle of the day. My sister asked if this was a new policy. The lady told us, "I've worked here a year and we've always done it. You can talk to the manager in the morning. " We hadn't asked for the manager, but we were given her name and next scheduled time. The subway worker also wrapped my sisters sandwich wife open instead of closing the bread together, so it was like a pizza and was an absolute mess when she opened it to eat. We felt the level of attitude in the workers tone, together with this was very vindictive since we were not trying to be offensive. We still tipped the suggested amount.

Today I visited this location and from the moment the lady started making our sandwiches she acting like we were literally troubling her. She proceeded to act rude while making our sandwiches and made them so sloppy, to the point they looked thrown together. She couldn't even close them. I wasn't about to pay for sandwiches we couldn't of even of picked up with out them falling apart. I usually don't frequent this location anyway but this was a reminder why. On a good note the one lady (the one lady that worked with her, I believe she is a manager) thank you for not being rude but your employee need some schooling in customer service.

I have been here to this location several times, I will no longer frequent this location. It has become a game of avoiding a specific employee only thing constant about her is her mistakes and unprofessional approach. Not to mention the yelling across the lobby ere closed to other customers 30 min before closing time. To each their own but as a manger I felt it right to let the establishment aware.

I went to subway before work so it was early in the morning, most people are still tired or quiet in the morning but the person helping me was excellent. She was so cheerful and kind. I feel bad that I didn't catch her name but she was amazing. True asset to your team. Please recognize her 12/9/21 8: 30am Subway at River and La Cholla.

I ordered the three most simple sandwiches I could've and all three were wrong andissing ingredients, all of them were ordered to be toasted and none of them were, there called TunaMelts for a reason, if I wanted a plain one I would've ordered it as that! I normally wouldn't have even said anything and given them a chance to redeem themselves but the "ASSISTANT MANGAER BRI" was rude and condescending on top of it all! Telling me she made them herself when I clearly asked for a manager that night and the employee told me there wasnt one in and that I would have to call back the following day so I did and she had the nerve to sit and argue with me over the phone to tell me that I was wrong and she was right, you guys better find a another assistant manager because she's not going to be able to handle that role.

The guy he work her He talk to much with the customer I'm in the line is been almost 12 minutes and still waiting so bored customer service and the guy very slow and customers start to get out already

01/25/2021 at around 5 pm I got charged for two sanwiches before the girl even finished preparing mine and after asking her to add a small amount of mayo three times on mine she ran the mayo about 5 or 6 times through my footlong sandwich while I was asked to pay by the man in the casher. I wasnt looking and she added soo much. All I wanted was a small amout about a quarter size. I have ocd and after already have paid for my sandwich I couldn't even open it from the wrapping.

I order online 8: 30 pm 15 mi. Later that call me telling me to cancel the order because they didn’t have the ingredients to make my sandwich berry upset

I preordered 4 sandwiches online (no drinks, no combos) to keep it simple. EVERY sandwich was wrong in some way. All of them had the wrong bread, 1 had missing cheese, 2 had random toppings, 3 had missing toppings, 1 had cold chicken breast, 1 was toasted when it wasn't supposed to be, & 1 was not toasted when it WAS supposed to be. I'm not sure how they can screw up an entire order with literal instructions on how to build each sandwich. I guess they do better when you order in person so you can help coach them through making each sandwich. Needless to say, but we won't be ordering online again.

Avoid this location at all costs. Staff are rude & horrible, with zero common sense.
Hygiene is an unheard word to them. The guy is wearing his face mask under his nose in the middle of a pandemic which has killed more than 200,000 people & gets upset and confrontational when being asked for it.

One star is way too much for the ignorance & arrogance they demonstrated.

Whoever works the night shift on Saturday was really rude and threw my stuff in the bag didn’t warm the chicken up & didn’t give me any forks to eat with the salad

I say this about all the fast food chains I review you get what you pay for semi fresh food but you can tell it all comes in bags i would recommend the steak and cheese or chicken teriyaki, or the chicken bacon ranch melt personal favorites

Terrible service! Preordered, not only was food not ready, served 3 more people before getting to my order, including someone that walked in after me. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. Absolutely, rediculous.
