15This was a terrible experience I ordered my food and there was melted cheese that fell off my sandwich the the lady then picked up the melted cheese and slapped it right back on it was disgusting the food was also super over cooked and dry would recommend going to a different subway for a better subway experience
Staff member was alone and it was slammed in there. About 6 people behind us and she kept her cool the entire time. Food was amazing.
This Subway gets orders messed up every single time we order. Whether it’s leaving out bacon when you paid extra for it or giving you 3 cookies when you ordered 4, they will always get your order wrong. We have called to let them know our order is missing something or sandwiches have wrong toppings on them and each time the staff does not seem to care. We will not be going to this location anymore.
Hung up on me when I tried to complain about my order. Never has happened to me before, been a long time customer. Sad.
Sandwich was very poorly made. Christina put tons of mustard and ranch with little other toppings. Also all the vegetables had frost, she didn’t cut my sandwich, and barely closed the sandwich. Looked like she literally hasn’t slept in days.
I ordered dinner for the family through the app and when I got home 3 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. One had no cheese and one wasn’t toasted. The big surprise was the Veggie. No cheese, tomatoes, or sauce. I checked the receipt to se if I made a mistake and validated that the sandwiches were not made as ordered. Very disappointing.
If you like poorly made sandwiches with not a whole lot of ingredients on them, then go to this location! My husband picked up lunch for us yesterday and my sandwich was very, very sad and disappointing when he brought it home to me. There were maybe four slices of tomato, almost no lettuce and way too much dressing… The ratio of ingredients was terrible. It was just a very sad sandwich all around
Placed an order for pick up two hours before I was going to be picking it up. Walked in wasn’t even started on and lady’s were just sitting talking. Barley speak any English.
A beautiful and clean place. Excellent service, great food, and a nice bathroom. The people running this place should be proud.
This is my new go to Subway. We ate at this store last Saturday-November 21. The service was great. Even though we came during a busy evening rush, they acknowledged us as soon as we came in. In addition, the food was fresh and the store clean. We will return.
Super annoyed with Subway right now. They offer no phone number for corporate and no app support for online orders. After realizing I placed an order for the wrong store I naturally called the location to cancel. Neither worker could comprehend what I meant when I asked to cancel. Both said I had to cancel it, but couldn't tell me how. After searching on the subway app and website I was out of options. I headed to the location that was 3mi out of my way and was told 4 mins b4 my pick up time that they were too busy and haven't even started on my order, which was placed an HR before hand. Now I went out of my way and I have to wait for them to do the walk in orders. What is the point Subway? I get it that these are franchises but this is beyond frustrating.
Just stopped doing keto and was excited to get subway. None of the sandwiches were toasted. One was missing pickles and had banana peppers and green peppers that were not ordered. I go to subway a lot but I will never go back to this subway. Soggy and messy.
Subway always has great customer service and as a courier very accommodating to changes in the orders thank you Subway
We ordered four footlongs through the app at 6pm today. When I hit "pay" I got a pop-up that said the store couldn't take my order and everything in our cart was deleted. I thought that was odd, so I checked our bank account and there was a $29.60 charge for the sandwiches. I called the store and it went to voicemail. I called again and it was busy.
