UPDATE

This Subway has had new people over the last month or two and I have not had any issues since then. They are much quicker and have better customer service than before.

I've been here for 24 minutes waiting for this lady to even look up at me, she just keeps making online orders even though I've been standing here. Not once has she said I'll be right with you or one second, not even hi.

I love subway they don't mess up my order the only thing that irritates me is that I order online it says pick up at a certain time I get there and my order is never ready. And then they assume I ordered to the wrong location which us understandable but its really just their system. So if anything call beforehand to make sure it got started, which honestly I wish it wasn't something I had to do

Didn't Have A Number of Things. Food, Plastic Knives, Ice. Personnel Couldn't Follow Instructions On Making A Salad. Pretty Bad.

The rare times we picked subway for dinner this store disappoints for either only having one sort of bread, out of meats, mayo or lettuce! At dinner time it’s always teenagers behind the counter and that does not give confidence in the shop on how it’s ran and not run as a full store. Don’t get how that’s ok with the franchise owner or subway that they let this happen. I ended up going to other location last night 2 miles north and will probably go there here on out.

Subway food is subway food. They menu did change a little, but the sandwiches they came up with on the new menu suck!
This store is filthy and needs some tlc badly. There is so much dust and random dirty stuff on the top above all the food. And if the dust is on the lights above the food, then it is on the food because that store AC was blasting and cold when it was 68 outside. I get trying to make it cold so customers don't stay long, but I could barely take ordering food. I'm sorry, but that's like customer abuse.

I work with Uber eats I stop by on Sunday to pick up an order that was not ready yet. No problem I waited. After about five minutes I was told the order had chips and a drink. I picked up the chips. However, the drink area was flooded with water all over the floor. You can see it as soon as you walk in that the floor was wet there were wet floor signs in place. I told the African American girl associate working that I was not able to go grab a drink because the floor is wet. She just shrugged her shoulders. I requested for a different drink. If maybe she had Gatorade in the back instead of me having to go into the refrigerator to get a Gatorade she said no. Her and I went back-and-forth for a few minutes. I was unsure of what to do I asked if she could go and get the Gatorade and she said no so I canceled the order. It doesn’t take much to have this customer service skills, but her attitude and her shrugging her shoulders, so nonchalant, as if she doesn’t care really ruined my taste for Subway. Subway really needs to reevaluate their associates that they have working. She was so rude and disrespectful. I would never go to their subway again. Paying customers should not be treated that way. After looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only one that feels that the girl is rude.

When I walked in there was a loud buzzer going off as the only worker was in the back doing something. When she came back I asked her if that extremely loud buzzer noise can be turned off. She said know I have a lot of orders to do and I need it on at concert loud mode. Worst customer service ever. I walked out immediately. Terrible worker and service. Remember the customer is always right.

I ordered online for the location at 4840 N 83rd Ave Suite 1, Phoenix AZ 85033 went to pick up once I was notified it was ready and I arrive at the restaurant and the door is locked, nobody is inside until a worker comes out from the back after 3 minutes of me trying to open the door and knocking. She looks at me and starts making my sandwiches she says we’re already ready on the app, I continue trying to open the door and knocking for another 5-7 minutes. She’s looked at me twice and ignored. I called the location multiple times and that was ignored. Once she finally finished my order she then opens the door, is extremely rude, locks the door once I’m inside and tells me I am not allowed to report her for this. I also had to ask her multiple times to unlock the door and let me out of the restaurant. I do have someone that was on the phone with me that heard it all happen as well. I have photos of her ignoring me while she was inside.

Worked at this subway for about a whole two weeks. Biggest joke of an establishment I have ever seen or had this displeasure of working for. Absolutely no professionalism at all. First check didn't receive. Apparently it should be in today but not getting my hopes up. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Don't expect this place to honor their business hours. Came to the restaurant 20 minutes before closing trying to fulfill a pregnancy craving, open sign on and bright, but the doors were locked and the employees were just staring at me through the glass while putting away food. What's the point?

Ordered on line, apparently out of steak, states called but apparently let ring once, no one answered, no voice-mail left. FYI PHONE DID NOT RING OM MY END. I ordered a Meatballs sub, not enough prepared so 15 minute wait while more MB nuked. Ordered an all American sub, he made me the one with roast beef no bacon, took it any way. Also 2nd employee, if he was one looked like a random guy or friend, jeans and sweatshirt. Did not appear to know what he was doing. Directed by employee every step. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Employees were hiding in the back while we waited to get served, when male employee finally came out the things we wanted they ran out, to me it felt like they just didn’t want to go grab it, poor customer service
