Subway, St Johns AZ

Music is always on very loud. Otherwise, it's clean and what you expect from a Subway.

Lol, you are being deceived by any other reviews that say this place is clean. The glass covers for the food are completely filthy.

For being one of the least busy subways in the United States you would think the owner would be able to keep it clean but the owner is a dirty cheapskate and he doesn't honor any coupons/promotions.

Seth was great help, delicious meal, items tasted fresh. They are the best option in town.

9/6/23 From the door, windows, glass over food and counter over food - it is not a little dirty but looks uncleaned for weeks. Thick dust and dirt and fingerprints everywhere. Cant see food for severity of dirty glass.hard to believe food service workers are ok with that themselves.

The staff was loud! Talking and joking with themselves. ZERO customer service. Felt like an inconvenience. Sad, because I tip big and none when there is no hello or how can I help you.

While giving the tall loud man my order he got into a conversation with someone else and stopped doing my sandwhich, I waited quietly, gave him more and then waited for him.

Then got to the more disgusting dirty counter and was not spoken to but rang up for a sandwhich. I wanted a meal. Didnt ask me or look at me cause she was busy talking to two coworkers. I just waited. She kept looking at me. I finally said I would a meal - she said oh and rang it up and did give me the total.

I paid with no tip, instead if my usual 20 percent - their loss.

Nice to feel like a side note in their day when you go in for food and service.

Nothing like eating in the dark. This store is notorious for trying to close up early but tonight was a new low. Not even having the lights on in the dining room or open sign lit up. For the price you pay at this point and the stupid request for a tip I’ll just spend my money down the road.

Food was fine, but O was very impressed with the service and salesmanship of Chris who was making the sandwiches. Very fast, efficient and knowledgeable of the menu

Clean and exactly like every other 4-5 star Subway restaurant. Sometimes Subway franchises don't meet brand expectations but this location does. Sure, Subway is just Subway the expectation of a normal clean dining experience is what a customer is looking for and not nessisarily a mind blowing sandwich experience.

They used a dirty knife to fold my sandwich and then acted offended when I asked them to make a new sandwich.

Fresh, quick and friendly service.my sandwich was extra yummy! Lot is a good size for campers.

So I have to say that the man with all the dread locks and the man with glasses dark hair and the older girl with glassses that was making the sandwichs and the girl that was making salads she's got blonde hair what a team ilwe were in there February 17 they did an excellent job thank you GUYS so much for your dedication they all deserve a RAISE! And then February 18 we were in there got two pizzas and the girls that worked today are amazing they deserve also a RAISE I will always post bout the employees that work at St John's Arizona Subway what an amazing crew plus team way to go everyone!? I will be back love this place so here's your leftover pizza on the wood stove

People are always so nice here. I am great with faces but terrible with names. I think his name is Chris. He is always so nice and very inviting. My family and I have never had any issues here.

Stopped in at high noon for a Philly & the sandwich was good an the staff was friendly.
