19The online order is the only way to get 5$ footlong. Thats not so bad but they mess it up everytime. One time they put 3 sandwiches in the toaster and none got toasted. Another time they mixed up the veggies and sauces on 2 foot longs and ruined both. I shouldve checked both times before i got home.
Had to edit a review of 5 stars to 1 because they've gone downhill since. I pointed out their homemade drink tasted awful and they said its the earlier shifts fault and didn't even change them and looked annoyed at me for pointing it out.
Super dirty place, slow service.walked in for meatball sandwich which they were out of.no sign anywhere informing customers so I stood in line almost 10min for nothing!
Worse place visiting from cali, nd no sub of the day deals, I asked the girl for cucumbers nd she gave me green peppers never going
Its ok.but if you try to order one of the new subs they came up with recently like ciabatta, the ingredients for those not so popular subs arent the most fresh.overall the staff here is not much knowleadgeable about the subs or the ingredients.
You guys deliberately waited 30 minutes to cancel my order. If you guys would of canceled it immediately instead of waiting till you guys closed I would of been fine with it but that's just poor customer service, very inconsiderate.
I have been eating this sandwiches since it came out and this is by far the smallest one I have ever seen. I have eaten hot dogs bigger than this. This was supposed to be a 12 inch Italian BMT double meat, with pepperoni, lettuce, pickles, jalapenos, banana peppers and look at this picture. This sandwich is always enormous so I dont mind paying 15.00 for it but you sent me 1/4 of what every other subway does. Its has barely anything thing 3 pickles, a few strands of lettuce less than half the meat I paid for. I just used Door Dash to have this sandwich delivered and they did a great job I definitely dont mind paying them for thier service. But this bologna hot bun you sent me cost 30.00 bucks just a sandwich no chips no drink. Have your manager Think about that the next time you cut pickles in half to save. 003 cents. Last time ordering from you.
Just stopped in to get a drink and some chips, but was disappointed in the smell and cleanliness, and left
Store can't open on time and who ever answered the phone he was rude. Haven't been in store and probably never will.
Lured in with an on line coupon that expired before I got there it was supposed to be good for another three days but when I got to Subway the coupon said it was expired and the staff would not honor the coupon even though it was supposed to be good for another three days
I love this Subway! I eat here almost every day. It's always clean and the food is always made good. They usually have two soups selection daily. The staff are very polite. I don't see any signs that this store accepts EBT. The store is located in the NE corner at the intersection of 67th Avenue and Thomas Rd. But located on the left of Food City.
Very good food, even that guy named Fernando with glasses thats very tall should've been on the menu. Highly recommend
The manager is horrible and obviously doesnt know what extra is and he extremely rude and disrespectful I even seen him being that way to his employees. The restaurant would be okay if they had a different manager he should be fired or demoted immediately

They did not follow the info given in their ads and coupons. Then they were rude and acted like we were stupid ava couldn't read the coupon
Bad service they are mad.and they treat u like a dam criminal u have to show your I'd for a dam refills.while I was there they denied a pregnant lady the restroom because she was not a customer.never going.back
This location is frustrating to me. The people who work the register never give you the discount for the 3.00 sub. It's like there oblivious to the monthly specials, they must see the sign every time they come to work. Pretty ignorant if you ask me, FRAUDS!
Worst subway ever! Slow, slow customer service, they forget to attend customers, manager needs to train the employees because they ask you if you want ingredients you particularly didn't choose. It's obvious if I didn't ask for an ingredient I don't want it. Needs better training overall!
