I was there for a standard mani/pedi which website states is$45 - I was charged $60+tip. When I questioned why I was told I had “an extra massage and heel treatment”. I was not asked if I wanted them - just assumed and added it to my bill. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been to many salons in my life so I needed to post that my overall experience at
Suite Beauty was 5-star and then some. Jill gave me an excellent haircut and color
yesterday. I was out and about today and 5 people complimented me on my hair and
asked me where I had it done.
Thank you Jill! … and thank you to the other stylists who were also kind,
friendly, helpful and professional.

I have very natural curly hair and Jill does such a great job. She will cut it dry or wet. I am so happy I found her.

I moved to Arizona several months ago after living in Kansas City and going to same stylist for many years. I tried 3 places for a simple women's haircut and root touch up. All I wanted was long layers but the people I went to just could not seem to get it. I made an appointment after letting my hair go for MONTHS because I was so unhappy with everyone I had been to. I was desperate and made a last minute appointment with Karizma. I was shaggy and gray! I will never go to anyone again. She was AMAZING. I cannot believe how great I look! And she knew what I needed before I even told her just by looking at my grown out months old cut.
If you want a great haircut or color, please go see her. I am so happy that I am posting a review which I never do! If I could give her 10 stars, I would give 20!

My mom had an appointment with kimber but kimber never showed up. When my mom asked one of the ladies at the other stations she said kimber was not their. My mom waited 20 minutes for her but she never showed, then they told my mom they could do a consultation with Julie if she waited longer, she had an appointment to get her hair done, not a consultation. Don’t waste your time with them.

Camden is amazing! I will only ever go to her! I highly recommend her! She does such a good job with my brows and they always look amazing after!

I left a review this morning about my polish coming off and that I was not very happy. Kristin called me and has rectified this matter. I sincere appreciate that this has been taken care of.

Karisma was AMAZING. I showed her a photo of what I wanted which was blonde partial highlights. She got the color perfect! I have thick hair and it usually takes hours just for the color to be applied. Karisma was so much quicker but still efficient. I have been getting my hair done for years & this was the best experience I think I have ever had. She did what I asked for & went above & beyond. Highly recommend!

Jill styled my daughter's hair for a special event and did a fantastic job! My daughter loved it and we will be back to see her! Thank you!

I just called to see what would cost for all over hair color. Quoted $100.00 for starting. Depending on length of hair. And then for a hair cut it was $30.00.

I've had my haircut here twice. Both times I liked the cut so I thought that I would call and schedule an appointment for a cut and color. The lady on the phone said that they need a credit card number to put on file in order to make an appointment. I told her I was not comfortable doing that. She then told me that she couldn't schedule me an appointment then. WOW! I've never been asked for that kind of information before. Seriously? ! I told her forget it I'll find somewhere else to go. That is not very good business decisions on their part. But if you do decide to go there Melissa did a wonderful job cutting my hair.

Jill was amazing! I cut off a nice 6-7 inches off my hair and man did my hair need it. My hair was so dead and unhealthy now it’s healthy and feels amazing again! I feel like a million bucks! Thanks so much Jill you are amazing!

The only reason I am rating them low is that they said they can cut curly hair but they can not.
They are not curly hair experts.

Cannot recommend Melissa Callahan enough. My 10-year-old daughter and I were walk-ins that she happily took. She was so incredibly thorough with both of us and was fantastic with my daughter. She took quite a bit of time to get her scalp back to a healthy state and explained every step to her. My daughter left feeling very pretty and keeps saying how much she loves her hair. My hair is very curly and I'm always nervous when I go somewhere new but she did great! She was very knowledgeable about the needs of curls and what types of products are good for my locks.

Thigh I was thrilled to get seen the same day because my other place cancelled on me last minute, I don't honestly feel satisfied with how my hair came out. I haven't done my hair in over a year and the last time I did was to get blonde highlights and the belayage look. I wanted the same today but a bit blonder. I showed the stylist a picture beforehand and honestly after 4 hours my hair is barely any lighter than when I came in and the highlights on top are copy and not smooth at all. I feel like the only easy to not notice that is by pulling my hair back. Considering how much I paid, I'm just not very satisfied and feel like the look isn't even closed to what I asked for tbh. They were all very nice, and I understand lighting your hair in stages, but this is minimal for nearly $270.

EDIT:
I went back in a few days later after talking with them and they had me come back in to do a root touch up and fixed my hair. I love it and then Jill gave me a complimenary deep conditioning treatment. I'm very happy with my hair now. I appreciate the help and that I gave this place a second chance to do my hair.

I'm so upset! I dispise what they did to me. I spent 3.5 hours and $200 to look like a fool! The first picture is what I showed her. The 3rd picture is what she did to me and the middle picture is what I did myself with $18 worth of Sally’s Beauty Supply color. They had the nerve to charge $200 +tip and when I called the line rang busy all day and I sent a message through their website with no answer. Don't let yourself be fooled by the great reviews. If you want a trim and a highlight you're good to go but if you want something that requires talent and skill. RUN!
