I dont recommend going because they will judge how u act and look and not help because of that I know by seeing my family and friends go through that also they aren't the most cleanest from germs.

Wonderful doctor and nurse who took care of me. They were busy that night so took awhile to get a room but once there went fast with results.

After an impromptu visit to the Summit Healthcare Urgent Care facility in Snowflake, the doctor saw fit to send me to the ER at the Hospital in Show Low. He called ahead, and when I arrived, they were ready and waiting. Everyone was courteous, efficient, and showed a genuine care for my well being. A diagnosis and treatment were performed quickly and painlessly (mostly!), and I was sent home with a referral to a specialist for further treatment. I could not have been more pleased and grateful to these professionals who perform thanklessly day after day to address our needs in often life-threatening situations. Thank you!

This hospital is scary! They are all about substandard social medicine. Don't trust them with your loved ones, drive to the valley!

People told me this hospital has changed since it's under new management & is no longer Navapache. They were wrong. This hospital is every bit as horrible as it was when I was a kid growing up here. And while most of the staff there were decent, one nurse in particular from the L&D department stands out as the worst possible kind of person, who has no business working in healthcare. Her name is Jill. If you happen to deliver at this hospital, & a short older woman w/a blonde/gray "Karen" haircut comes in named Jill, ask for someone else immediately. She is rude, patronizing, condescending, and has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She mocked me, my birth plan, was combative with my husband, wouldn't give me a pump when I asked (luckily, another nurse did), & made for an overall stressful experience when I was already stressed & vulnerable. The ONLY redeeming quality this retched female dog has, is that she was halfway decent at coaching me through my contractions & instructing me on how to push. Other than that, I 10/10 DO NOT recommend her. And based on conversations I've had with other moms who delivered here, they had similar experiences. One lady even filed a formal complaint, but knowing what I do about this hospital, I doubt anything was done. I'm pretty sure the only reason why this hospital hasn't been shut down is because 1) it's basically the only hospital in the area, & 2) there are some good doctors & nurses there who actually try to help you have a pleasant experience.

This is not the best hospital. We came in last night around 9 pm. They told us we have to wait till the morning to do anything. Morning comes around and the one thing they had to do took 2 hours alone. Now we have been waiting for our discharge papers for over 3 hours while we watch everyone just stand there and talk. This place sure likes to take its time. Funny thing is we never even saw a doctor, except the multiple times he's just walked past our room. They even tried to lie about some of the things my husband was doing. They are not honest and waste time. They only care about them paychecks.

We went to this Emergency Room after my husband crashed his mountain bike. We were seen to promptly and given professional care. Kudos to nurse Nicole, nurse John, tech Kelsey and Dr. Furrey for their kindness.
