They’ve helped keep our rates low with periodic check ups, have been proactive in reaching out if they’ve seen anything related to our account, been responsive when we have called or emailed, and have helped us get through the bumps in life along the way.plus they’re friendly. I’ll keep them.

Steven Bernstein is a fabulous agent who suggested I use SafeCo insurance. I had an unfortunate water accident and Steven and SafeCo were responsive and very professional. All of the other companies involved, A. AllRite Floor covering and Sun Brite restoration were fantastic. They replaced more than 1600 square feet of hardwood in my home in two weeks. There professionalism is to be commended!

These people suck! I paid in full for a policy then ten days later it was canceled without notice!
When I came to recieve my refund of a whole year of insurance that I didn’t even use or receive paper proof of insurance cards for, they stole 15$ of it and refused to give me the full refund don’t trust these people they’re shady and incompetent and discriminate against young people! If I could give zero stars I would!

Don’t trust these people with your business!
They’re very happy to sell you insurance and take your money but when it actually comes time to uphold their end of the bargain don’t expect anything but excuses and theft!

Friendly, personable, and knowledgable! The staff, specifically Rebecca and Michele, were incredibly helpful. They were able to successfully navigate me through getting the proper business insurance I required and I couldn't be happier!

What I thought was a great deal on insurance turned out to be a giant hassle rife with excuses and rude remarks.
They will say anything to get your money but when it comes time to use the services you paid for they are unhelpful and unprofessional!
