Summit Ridge Apartments, Tucson AZ

Office staff is amazing. Especially Faith. They go above and beyond to help they're tenants out. The area is not the best but the complex is pretty quiet and well worth the price for having all the utilities as well as cable and internet included. My kids LOVE the giant pool!

If you love cockroaches, I mean if you REALLY LOVE cockroaches then rent from Summit Ridge Apartments.

As a UPS delivery guy, the girls in the office are amazing and take good care of their people, especially Faith she’s amazing!

Faith is one of the best leasing consultants there. She is attentive, sweet, and understanding. Her professionalism is unmatched. She has great customer service and understands how it is renting and needing help. When you have someone who see's there job as more of family you have gold. She's amazing.

The front office is pretty bien has cleaned up since new girl Faith got there. She always nice and helps me. Maintenance is pretty good except with a/c slowly. Pool is nice but closes too early. Overall not too bad here would like to see less homeless and loiteres.

It was good when you first move in but it's only gotten more and more ghetto as the lease has been in effect. Better than the street or Palm Court.but only so much

Not military friendly. If you get orders, make sure you get something signed from the office showing you presented them and they were accepted.

Horrible management, half of the appliances in the laundromat don’t work. Plus the door to the laundromat is busted so homeless are constantly using it as a restroom!

Been like that for months, and management is rarely available, they would rather spend thousands on gravel rock instead of fixing the laundromat.
One more thing, washing and drying one load of laundry is $4.00!
Insane!

When I first started living here 4 years ago, the living experience was great. We unfortunately got a horrible manager who didn’t care about this property. Now we have Vanessa and her gang! She goes above and beyond to make sure we’re all taken care of. She has cleaned up this property and made it a community. I get to renew in August, and for the first time in over 2 years I am PROUD to say I am renewing at Summit Ridge!

I can’t give a lower score. If you’re military do not rent from here. Staff may seem nice although some are not. They do not care about your pcs orders and tend to “lose” any papers you end up giving them. Neither the office or regional owners office answer their phone lines. So if you have an emergency oh well for you. Even if you don’t live there anymore they’ll still charge you for breaking your lease early due to pcsing. Terrible company to rent from. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This is by far the WORST place to live in all of Tucson. Unprofessional and downright mean staff. Infestation of bed bugs and roaches throughout property. Drug dealers and addicts make this their home. Completely unsafe for families. If none of the above were bad enough, this property will continue to extort money even AFTER your lease is complete and you've paid in full. Absolutely no one should choose these apartments if you value your safety, credit or sanity.

I went to view these apartments and the staff was extremely sweet! The property is nice. I’m strongly considering moving here.

Just renewed my lease here. Great staff. The apartments are well maintained. Management is very attentive to my needs. I love living here.

Great place to live in, the crew and all the staff are incredible. Veronica takes care of all the customers and they are always looking out for any issues or problems and do their best to resolve them.
