I was at this complex for an HOA meeting. They provide a room for the COA's in the Sun City area who belong to their organization. It was very clean, with it's own restroom & mini-fridge, filled with bottled water. We reserve it each year for our annual meeting, much better than having to rent or reserve a meeting room perhaps at a restaurant. Overall a great convenience for us.
