Purchased an excellent vacuum cleaner today from Garren, one of the owners. He could not be better informed about the products he carries. Garren knows vacuums, and gave us all the info we could ask for to make the right choice. He was patient and was not pushy at all. It is great to have confidence in a business and a specialist who you can rely on.

When I picked up my sewing machine I was asked to sign a form that everything was there, which I assumed it was. Not till a week later when I went to use it did i discover the presser foot was missing. When I went back to report the missing part, their response was “sorry you signed the form that it was”. Why would I travel 6 miles in the heat of July to try to get a part that cost about $3.50 from them. Extremely poor service.will never cross that threshold again. Beware, if you sign that form, you should take at least 20 minutes to see what they might have kept!

This is a great small business. The owner was very helpful, took time to explain the features of several vacuums in which we were interested. Post sale service has been excellent.

We have used Sun City Vacuum for years to repair our vacuum or steam cleaner. Like most we buy the Dyson and finally got tired of the cheap plastic that constantly breaks. We did our research on Sebo and saw we can purchase for the same price as going to a big box retailer. I have always believed in supporting the mom and pop operations and highly recommend to anyone looking for new vacuum or someone who will treat you fairly in repairing your existing.in the West Valley you can stop looking and take it to them.

We were in the market for a new vacuum after replacing far too many from big box stores so decided to try a full service vacuum retailer. We had visited another store and were able to look at some options and test them out, but weren’t offered any personalized help.

When we went to Sun City Vacuums we were greeted and treated with such kindness by Garren. He truly seemed to care about what we were looking for and what would suit our needs and budget. He was able to offer a couple suggestions and guide us through the details of each. We ended up with a lightweight canister Sebo that even the kids can use!

The experience was great, no pressure and we even received follow up from Garren after a week to see how we were liking our new Sebo and if we had any questions.

This shop is awesome. I went there to fix my Kirby and ended up coming out with a new Sebo vacuum. I was not pressured at all into buying anything, but Garren understood my problems with my Kirby and suggested I look at a Sebo. My biggest complaint about the Kirby was that it doesn't clean tile floors well. After showing me the Sebo, I was blown away, noy only is it about 1/3 the weight of the Kirby, all the attachments are onboard, it's self adjusting to carpet and tile heights, but the most impressive thing is that it has like side suction so you don't have to get real close to the baseboards to pick up dust, dirt and lint.
I have had my Sebo for about 10 mos and I am just as happy as the day I bought it. I am thankful to Garren and SunCity vacuum. I recommend this vacuum, it does not dissapoint.

Great overall experience! The owner, Garren, went out of his way with customer service. We ended up buying the Sebo vacuum and it has been great. Well worth the price!
