I needed something fixed on my Honda Fit by the end of the day so I could go somewhere in the morning and the guys at this shop helped me out on short notice in the last hour of their day even though they were busy. Thank you very much.

Very professional & they make up for any lost time. I recommend this place for brake/rotor work.

Fiance and I went in for a routine oil change. Appreciate that we weren't pressured into ore services. Thanks for the efficient and friendly service.

This shop is disrespectful and dishonest. I came in for a simple coolant flush, I had just replaced the water pump and wanted to ensure that the system was free of air. Shortly after dropping the truck off I receive a call stating that they are having issues bleeding the coolant system due to an unknown blockage. They wanted $115 to disassemble and diagnose the problem. I reluctantly agreed. A couple hours after that they call again, now they are claiming the problem was a bad thermostat. This isn't shocking to me, I have a lot of experience working on vehicles and it's not unheard of for a cheap autozone thermo to be bad out of the box. Here's the problem. The guy wants $524 to put a new thermostat in! He says the part is $100 (they're $44 at oreily, and $27 from rock auto) and "labor" is the additional $200? You mean the reassembly labor that I already paid for as part of diagnosis? Or is this place so shady that they really meant to charge me $115 with reassembly not included? Now since I denied letting them rob me blind on a 10 minute job they're taking the rest of the day to put the truck back together (with no thermostat at all!) whenever they're done I get to pay them $215 for wasting my time and treating me like a fool.

It was late Friday afternoon and my battery died. They got me right in and had me on my way with my kids in no time. I really appreciated the service.

Always great service, fast and reliable, with fair prices and I always feel confident they are not trying to sell me repairs or services I don't need.

Amazing customer service! My battery tested bad while I was getting my oil changed, and instead of forcing me to replace it, the staff reminded me to check my warranty first. Luckily my battery was still under warranty which saved me a lot of money! I'm extremely grateful for their honesty and helpful attitudes.

Made appt to get oil change only to be told that it would be 4 hours till they got to it. Whats the point of making an appt.

We relocated back to the valley this spring and one of the nice things about being back down here is we get to take our cars to Sun Devil Auto. Craig and his team have been taking great care of our cars. Very fair and honest.

This place is the only place I get my cars worked on. The staff is friendly and are straight up with you. Their work is clean and professional and I have had zero issues thanks to them. Puna and Craig are the best!

They told me they where going to fix my truck but a few days later they had it towed now i have no way of getting it back. They towed it without even telling me.

This is my go to place. The service was very good. The service guys worked very hard with my warranty company. Even after a messy little mixup with had me driving my car while something truly bad could have happen. The guys here keeper me in the loop and treated be better then most place would have given the problems cause. Punan I spelled your name right save let us earn you business. The did more then that. Sometimes people will say that to let you down you guys earned my business.

The most patient and understand people I’ve taken my car to. Everything Craig told me had to go through my dad so there was a lot of back and forth and he was very understanding and gave me the best customer service. I’ve heard horror stories of mechanics trying to rip you off but I absolutely trust Sun Devil Auto

Made an online appointment early in the week for Saturday morning. Appointment was confirmed but when I showed up (10 minutes early) on Saturday, I was told my routine oil change would take at least a few hours. When I asked why I would have to wait hours, considering I made an appointment, I was given no explanation but rather a disingenuous apology. Needless to say, I did not wait.

Guy almost forgot to add oil to my car but fixed it before the job was finished.took longer than I would have liked but all around was happy with my visit

Love this place. 1st off Puna at the front desk is amazing, he's super nice and inviting. 2nd I brought in my vehicle because the brakes were squeaking. They told me the brakes still have a lot of meat and there is no safety hazard. They didn't charge me a dime. Most places would take advantage. These guys are great, I also get my oil changes here, by far the best auto service shop I've ever been to.

Been having my truck serviced here for years. The staff are friendly and explain before repair is made.
