I love this place! Dr. Jelena is absolutely stunning as is her work! 10/10 would recommend. Not sure why there’s bad reviews, but the team has definitely improved significantly I’d say. She always answers my questions and I now have a new favorite dentist!

I'm very impressed with the excellent dental care provided at the newly constructed dental care wing at the Sun Life at 865 N. Arizola Rd.in Casa Grande. They have brand new state-of-the-art imaging machines, equipment, and patient rooms. I'm very happy with the care I received from Dr. Aries Lu and his assistant Jacob. They were so kind, provided gentle dental care, and they were very considerate of my medical conditions. Thank you very much! I highly recommend Dr. Aries Lu, he's a very gentle, caring, and honest dentist who will not try to upsell you any treatment you don't need, and he explains your treatment plan very clearly. I've always been afraid of getting any dental work done because of past experiences, so I wasn't sure about Sun Life Dentistry. But Dr. Lu is very kind and understanding and treats his patients with great care and gentleness, and the new dental care wing looks amazing and is very nice. Thank you very much for the wonderful care you provided! I look forward to my next visits. I'm thankful that I don't have to travel to Phoenix to get good dental care.

I noticed this place has low ratings from the past, so if you're a person that wasn't satisfied with your care at this place in the years before, I think you might be pleasantly surprised with the recent good changes they've made.

$ Financially, I'm very thankful that Sun Life provides the sliding scale fees based on individuals' incomes, so it makes dental care more affordable for low-income patients. If you need care but have a low income, don't hesitate to ask the front desk about signing up for the sliding scale fees. (You'll make an appointment to be seen by the Outreach office and provide proof of your income.)

Had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled day-of due to the dentist being sick. Did not answer their phone when I called back to reschedule. I had to come in to reschedule and the next appointment that even sorta fit my availability was in 2 weeks. You would think that the appointment THEY cancelled would be a priority. The woman at the front desk had horrible customer service to boot. Did not make me feel welcomed.

WHAT A WAY TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION.

Terrible place to go. I was given a firm price to get a deep cleaning of all my teeth, the total being $600 grand total. Out of nowhere the price is raised an extra $300 and I’m sent a bill and told in the office I owed $300 more than originally stated in the total price. They lied, they are milking patients for money and not giving any explanation in doing so. They won’t keep to their original price for dental work. It’s disgusting. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!
