Jonathan Martinez was our technician today and he was thorough, professional, efficient, and just amazing all around. We have been dealing with AC issues for about a month now and a different technician came out 2 weeks ago who couldn't resolve the issue. The AC went out in my house on Tuesday night, August 1st. Sucked it up through the night and the next morning started making calls to see who could help. Called Sun Tech based on a referral from a friend and they could get out same day, which was AMAZING! The gentleman showed up on time, which was again great! He got there, checked my thermostat, I told him the issues, and he got on my roof to look at the unit. He was very quickly able to diagnose the issue which was the blower motor. I thought "Great, don't need a new unit, sounds like an easy fix. " He then told me it would be $2,100 and that they didn't have any in stock. He said it would be 5-6 days until they could get the part and a couple more weeks until they could install it because of how busy they are. Okay. I understand that it is the dead of summer in Phoenix and that they are definitely busy! But a couple of weeks until you could get my AC to work and $2,100? I started to stress and asked if there was anyway it could be sooner. He said probably not and that he would have the office send me a quote that same day. Well. It's been 2 days and I still haven't received a quote, which would be fine if it was any issue other than my AC, which as we all know, you can't exactly live in a place in August in Phoenix with no AC, especially with pets. Luckily I found someone else that could come out same day and fixed it and charged me $400. It took him 30 minutes. The 2 stars is solely because he was nice, and they could get someone out same day and on time, which I appreciate. Not happy about anything else though.

I had Sun Tech come out and look at my unit. It started blowing hot again. Dealing with my home warranty was a PITA. I called and spoje to Victoria and explained my issue. She didn't give me any excuses and had someone come out within an hour (impressed and grateful). Will came did his inspection and told me basically I was low on freon. He didn't try to up sell me or tell me I need something I didn't. Totally honest and I respect him and this company.thank you soooo much you are the best.

After a tech serviced our unit, our air conditioning has not shut off for the past 10 hours. My wife and I tried calling 4 different times and were completely ignored.
I have lost all faith and trust in this company. Only use them if you want to pay an outrageous electric bill.

I haven’t written many reviews, but after the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Sun Tech Air Conditioning I feel it’s imperative everyone know about this company. Bear with me, I’ll try to make a very long story short.
After having Parker & Sons out to do a maintenance on my unit in March – to which they said the unit was working fine – when I turned the AC on a month later it was not cooling. They came back out to diagnose it, telling me nothing was wrong with my unit, that it was an electrical issue. Their electricians came out the next day, and after very little inspection proceed to tell me I need all new breakers, possibly a whole new panel, and made it sound like my panel was going to catch fire. The 2 estimates I receive from Parker & Sons were for $3,200 or $6,900. Much to my shock, I reach out to a family member and get a referral to Copper King Electrical. Cory from Copper King comes out, and after a thorough diagnosis determined that nothing was wrong with my panel, and it was in fact a problem with the AC unit. Cory refers me to Jason Williamson at Sun Tech Air Conditioning.
Jonathan from Sun Tech arrived the same day, checked everything, explaining it all as he worked. A few days later, Jason (the owner) and Abraham from Sun Tech came out, and despite a couple road blocks, got my unit up running in a couple hours. To say I am pleased with this company is an understatement! They did exceptional work in a timely manner, and for a price that was more than fair! It is such a relief to find a company that is proficient at what they do, and most importantly trustworthy! I’m done with the big companies that try to take advantage of customers recommending services that are unnecessary and priced excessively. Do yourself a favor and call them when you are in need of HVAC service!

Sun Tech is amazing! After paying a different company $800 to fix my heating unit, only for that fix to do nothing, I called Sun Tech. They came out quickly, performed a thorough investigation and identified the problem within minutes. They provided a reasonable quote for their services (almost 1,000 less than the other guys) and performed the work promptly. The techs and the office staff are very professional and communicative. The office staff even worked with my warranty company to get most of the repair covered. I will only use Sun Tech going forward for my HVAC needs!

Told me I needed a new AC before even looking at mine. Spent ab 1 minute looking at it before diagnosing it as a loss due to “dirty coils”. Called a different company that came out and spent about an hour taking everything apart to inspect. New company fixed the problem and said there were zero signs of dirty coils. Don’t recommend these liars at all. They didn’t come to fix my AC. They came to make me buy a new one. I definitely won’t be buying from these guys when the time comes.

Professional and honest technicians. I would recommend SunTech to anyone looking for a local company to service their HVAC system. Technician Jonathan was professional and honest and explained everything in detail about service that was completed. Office staff were honest about pricing of services as well.

He was very nice and honest about what was going on with our A/C unit. We used this company per our home warranty but they ended up being great.

Jose is prompt, honest, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I called and they sent him out within 30 minutes. Their service is fast and reliable. I would highly recommend Sun Tech Air!
