Left my bike on a sun tran bus called suntran north yard and they told me it was their so I decided to pick up the day after and when I show up they told me it wasn’t there anymore! Terrible customer service! I don’t know if the workers are taking the bikes or what but someone should investigate on who is working here because from one day to the next my bike wasn’t there anymore!
Good place to work for very good coworkers and supervisors but the company seems to not care about their drivers much, it's stressful seeing that management cares and takes passengers sides even when they lie 99.99% the pay its not the greatest for the stress we go through
Buses are always late.a few minutes but 10 mins late? 4 days in a row? Its early morning no traffic. I dont get how the drivers ask for more money when they cant even do their job.
I lost my phone on the bus and pretty much wrote it off. I called just to see if someone turned it in and low and behold, someone did. I just had to go and pick it up. They were quick and efficient and they even made me take some cold water for my 1 year old once they found out I was riding the bus. I am extremely impressed! Loving Suntran!
