Horrible experience. They would not help my daughter without an x-ray. They don't have x-ray machine on-site and all of the ones they would refer you to were closed. I had to go to an ER to get my daughter looked at and helped (without needing an x-ray). My daughter was in agony but there was nothing they were willing to do, needed an x-ray. I even spoke to the Dr as her issue is a pretty common issue that did not require an x-ray and he was not willing to help, pretty much refused service. I could understand trying to fix it and she was still in pain then an x-ray being needed but not prior to with such a common injury. Don't waste your time here. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Staff isn’t in the same page in regards to information. A gentlemen is me I can see results online where as a woman told me I couldn’t. Also when I called the man abruptly said I’ll get the one on the phone bye bye and hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is very misleading! I went there for my toddler only to be told they don’t have a pediatrician! So why the heck do you advertise to your place as a pediatric and family urgent care! You should just use the word “Family”urgent care. This is very misleading. I wasn’t comfortable seeing a nurse practitioner for my one year old son so I left.

Very misleading, they don’t actually have a pediatrician, just so you know. The doctor is nice. Front desk lady is super rude and not helpful at all.

Dr. Swapna and her staff is amazing. They always answer my questions and always very helpful. I bring all my family to this urgent care. They are the best. I highly recommend this place to everyone

Horrible on wknds. We waited 1 hour in a small room and PA walked in with a mask on. She was hyper and rude. She tackled my son to look in his ear. The owner during the week is gentle with him. She was literally on top of him on the table, I was about to intervene. She kept repeating how strong he was. Who does that. The owner and his wife are awesome. The female pa in the wknd was awful.

Went today I took my son we got treated with respect and answer all my question I really like this urgent care. My son got all the test done according to his symptoms. The doctor seems he cares for his patients.

First time visiting this place since my daughter fell the previous night so wanted to check with the doctor. The place was clean and it didn't take long time for the doctor to come and visit us. The doctor was really good and she was very patient very patient with my daughter and explained what we can do later. DrfDefinit recommend for simple quick check up if cannot go to the primary care physician. This urgent care is open 7 days a week from noon to 9pm.

I’ve been here twice now for my almost 2 year old while we didn’t have health insurance. I can honestly say it has been such a relief to have a place that is affordable and that I know my family can go to to get great care! Both times the doctor has worked to find an affordable prescription for my daughter and we have been in and out in less than 30 minutes. We’ve never even had to wait to get seen! I love this place and will surely continue to use it once we have healthcare!

I’ve been here a couple times and each time the doctors seem to be very competent, and kindly answer any questions! They are very efficient, but take their time with and take care of each patient. Our average time in and out is around 30 minutes.

Staff was nice and we got seen timely. However, took my toddler because she had 4 days of low grade fevers and lethargy. They did not test for strep or the flu and recommend a set of antibiotics if her fever didn’t subside. I went to the pediatrician the following day and she was positive for the flu. Never going back because they didn’t seem to know what to test or look for and left without answers.

We came here bc we are new to Arizona and are having a hard time finding a family practice. That being said. Do not come here. We stayed for 5 mins and left after meeting the dr. I paid to have him say I don’t know what’s wrong go to the hospital. Seriously save yourself the headache and avoid this place. Its dirty, bare, and the staff seems to not to be qualified to be running a medical facility. Even in emergencies please avoid and just go to a hospital. Will never be back

Only urgent care I will use for my kids and myself, I've been going for many years, 1st with Dr. Phillips and now with new managment since he passed away, I love it, I never leave there with out meds for our issue.

This place is the most disgusting urgent care I have ever been too. No paper towels in bathrooms. Floors are nasty including in the patients rooms. Doctors didnt even wash their hands and I left there with no help for my son. Please dont go there and waste ur money. I felt like any virus would be caught in there. The ac is barely on and the staff had no experience. They need to shut down this place quick. I would rate it a zero if I could. Beware!

I have used Dr. Phillips for a number of years. He saved my childs foot from a serious infection and we were able to avoid surgery. He has treated my grand daughters anytime we need urgent care. Facility is quick and he is thorough. Absolutely fantastic Doctor. I have not found any issues with the facility as the previous commenter did. Very kid friendly environment.

It's a good place to go when u are sick the Dr take time find out what's rong without u and help u feel better
