Joey was a good driver and had excellent customer service while driving on time, other times my grandma was impartial and service is just fine

All I wanted was to find out how I can get an ADA application online and what forms I would need to provide? I am permanently disabled but never received an ADA letter?

Never road one but your drivers are courteous in traffic. Number 525 videos for using turn signals and stopping at railroad tracks. Good job

They couldn't be on-time if someone's life depended on it. They're full of excuses when you call to find out where your ride is and why it's 45 minutes after your requested pickup. The drivers and everyone are extra polite. If you want to be on time for an appointment though, request to be dropped off 30-45 minutes before you have to be there or you'll be late.

I appreciate the Sun Van service. However, I have had bad experiences with all departments! So, when it gets bad I call and report the situation with hopes it will improve.
If management decides to increase fares for 2023 they need to have the right hand knowing what the left one is doing otherwise its not worth it. There still are rude argumentative female reservationists which should be eliminated. Also, a couple of females that take 15-20 minutes to make the reservation!

Driving is very dangerous and very fast and I have a physical disability The bumps hurt me very much they did not notice at all They don't even deserve half a star

So dangerous is how it has become. I had fairly good service a year or so ago. Now they have me waiting in the sun an hour, late for important doctor appointment twice. The driver arrives a couple minutes after the start of my window demanding we have to go. I have yet gone to the bathroom because they got me there late. Tell him I have to go, and he left, twelve minutes after my window. No call that someone else would come no one answering the phones. No way to get a hold of this service stranded no money miles from home what a horrible thing and not able to arrange for another ride. I had to beg. DISABLED I didn't get home til two hours later. Once they left me for an hour in a half in a dark parking lot by St. Mary's because of a computer problem. The driver said that was not true DISABLED and SCARED how could you treat people like us that way leaving people to stand and wait for long periods late for doctors and leaving your Tucson disabled on the streets stranded!

SunVan app is supposed to allow me to track my vehicle so that I don't end up waiting outside in the heat, cold or rain. However it rarely works. This morning I had a 8: 45-9: 15 am pick up. The application said my ride was arriving in an hour from the time I logged on at 8: 30am until the driver arrived at 9: 00a.m. As soon as the driver arrived it went from YOUR RIDE ARRIVES IN AN HOUR to YOUR RIDE HAS ARRIVED.
PLEASE FIX THE APPLICATION. It is supposed make riding SunVan "better". Not worse.

Terrible customer service. Very very disappointed in these people. I feel like the things you guys are gonna have to start getting better at for sure is time management, and communication of knowing who is going to be in charge of picking up who, and who will be in charge of dropping off this or that person. But other then that, can you guys please schedule my ride times for where I go to school for all the months? My drop off address is gonna be 401 N Bonita Ave. My house address pick and drop off is 6709 N Starshine Drive. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday I get out of school at 3: 00 pm. Wednesday I get out at 2: 15. But my school opens at 8: 30 am. Guys please. I need morning pickup scheduled at 7: 10 am. If you guys can please do that for me? I have the Sun Van app but it does not let me book my rides.

Trying to enroll online, but you have to call. So I call the number and they say they have to transfer me, but they transferred me to a non-existing number.

This is the worst Paratransit service I have ever used. If they continue to keep it free of charge, they will continue to have a problem with keeping enough drivers, and we will never get to our destinations on time, and continue to get picked up late. Most of the dispatch employees are also very rude. Most of the drivers are kind, but look over worked, and stressed. It is very stressful to use this service because I have a spinal cord injury and I am paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. I have developed pressure ulcers getting stuck on the bus because dispatch continues to place add ons on my way home.

Worst transportation company ever. There do not care for the people for Tucson at all. I sat at the bust stop on speedway and atone waiting for the route 16 bus only to found out by the route 19 bus driver that there is a detour and the route 16 bus is not stopping there. No where on maps the suntran app or there website does it show a detour for route 16. So your just going to have people wait in this summer heat for no bus to show up. At least tell us there is a detour so people can plan for it.

Great service and fast too l always get to my medical appointments at least 15 minutes early l give a great big thank you to all the drivers for being so helpful and caring an most of all very responsible and respectful God you all keep up the good work

I wish there were more people pushing for city transportation in the new development areas Tucson up on Houghton Rd between Rita and old Vail road to get around to library and malls, and schools. Especially for those who don't have their own ride.
