The new manager advertises her realtor license to get you to let her sell your home while she "approves" the new buyer for the park, doesn't return lot money owed, charges for lot updates to both lots, and refuses to provide owner information, in addition to referring property maintenance to her buddies. Not a good experience

Under new management and absolutely the worst, they are worse then former management, they expect people to perform costly repairs on a week to week manner when it's one of the hardest times to live in this country financially, they threaten elderly with serving letters, they are true pos people and have no remorse for elderly low income, avoid at all costs, much better parks or apartments out there ran by people that actually care, these people should be totally ashamed of themselves and there is a special place for them in the after life.

My friend is a resident in that community. She assisted in hosting a retirement party for the manager. The only drawback was there is NO diversity of residents living in the community.
