Sundome Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center, Sun City West AZ

One of the better Goodwill stores around! The employees were extremely pleasant, the place was spotless, and the quality of product was great. Everyone's required to wear mask but with such a clean store I'm pretty confident they don't have it in that store.

At this Goodwill this employee #182888 gave me and my mother bad customer service upon putting items up on the counter, she didn’t even great us with a "Hi, how are you? " or "Did you find everything okay? ". To my mother she seemed that she was unhappy to work here, those types of employees should’t work at this type of charitable organization, my mother was been shopping at your Goodwill stores for 20 years and has never come across this type of an employee/situation before. She feels this is a total disgrace to this great organization.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. I was able to find what was searching for very easily. The best part was my check out person who gave me a credit in a coupon, which I was unaware of. She did this as a friendly gesture. I was most appreciative. I then wished everyone a very Merry Christmas as did The staff to me.very enjoyable.

Prices are high - even when they’re 50% off. I found multiple tank tops I’d would’ve purchased but they were $6-8. Not worth in IMO. The used jeans I wanted were $14.99.

If you have the patience to sort through the store to find a decent price, this is a great location. I wish they wouldn’t start pulling the color sale tags during the week they are 50% off. That kind of takes away from the purpose of having a sale.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Today the store was busy it was senior citizens day.and they only had one register open.much waiting very uncomfortable.bad social distancing

Doesnt smell very good when you go in, but the air conditioning is working very well and that's nice. Employee interrupting cashier while checking me out was unnecessary that's why they got 3 stars. And the fact the shelves are very cluttered.

One register open. A very very long line. What happens with social distancing. And the store was very busy today at 11 am.

I had taken 2 small items the register, the clerk ran my bill and I saw a major tear in the leather bag n said no I don't want this one its damaged. She proceeded to dock out a store card for the Return that never left the darn counter. Said couldn't refund cash. Someone needs to reThink the process. Going to use out the 2 cards n intend to not shop there again.

One of the only places where you can find really good electronics and one of the only goodwills that sells cassettes.

They have a lot of stuff here for those bargain hunters. However it's becoming like a profit business store.

A newer facility, with a clean and efficient donation center. Friendly staff and well organized goods. Plenty of parking.

The goodwill industry has not been satisfying at all. This location used to be great when the right managers were in charge, Glenda on the other hand is great. I see a few of the managers when they’re in the front overhearing the way they talk to their employees and over work them. I have even heard the older manager lady tell a cashier to ask for a higher donation or they will get in trouble.it’s terrible. And the younger manager can’t have this place ran right at all. The lines getting so packed up on sale days (especially Saturdays) because the other managers are too lazy to help out and everyone else get scolded for it? That’s unbelievable, and it really pisses me off that they over work one of their clothing production employees as well without an extra hand.i feel terrible for all the hard working employees and the few managers who just get stepped on while the others sit back. Completely unfair and completely a mess.

Nice Goodwill store.very clean, quiet, and very well organized. Good classic rock music playing set the tone for a nice stroll thru the store. It's in a retirement area, so not a little of hip clothes or good used music to choose from. Lol.but I did find 4 eight track tapes for $1.50! I only bought them to show my grandkids. Even the clerk had no idea what they were! Lol.now that's Entertainment!

I found just exactly what I was looking for! Iced tea pitcher for my wife's mr. Coffee tea maker. Not available from the manufacturer and it was just what I needed to make my wife happy! That makes me happy. Happy Hunting!

Great spot for unique and/or vintage housewares at good prices. Scored some great mid century goodies and fun wall art. Shoes and accessories were all reasonable and there was a large selection. As usual for Goodwill, though, the clothes are mostly blanket priced by type so deals are hit or miss. The furniture selection was a bit lacking but since it's a new store I figure that will change over time. Will definitely be stopping back by next time I'm in the west valley.

Clean environment but it seems like they really like their stuff alot. Prices seem high for used things.

Always find nice treasures at this location. I am wearing a silk cardigan from this Goodwill in my profile picture. The only con is the high end brand rack. The prices are too high for mostly pilled up and stained clothing. They should be recycled or given to the homeless. No way would I buy any brand of clothing like that.
