Sunglass Hut, Gilbert AZ

This location is well-stocked, having a new frame that is very hard to find. The guy who greeted us yesterday afternoon was really cool and informative.

Such a helpful team every time I go in. I shop there a few times a year and love seeing familiar faces. The store manager Lora knows all these little facts about sunglasses I always know I made the right choice. She's been my sunglass lady for years.

Fantastic location and staff.the management team is excellent and truly care about their customers.

I went to the store looking for a pair of Maui Jim's but was unsure about what style I wanted. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Lora and she was so friendly and incredibly helpful in finding me the perfect pair of glasses. Thank you, Lora!

The store was very clean and inviting. Lora was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. Very professional and friendly.

The reason for me to give 1 star rating is an employee named LORA. I got a call from the store that my order is ready for pick up. I went to the store and asked for my order. Lora asked me my name I gave her my first name. She then went inside, came back and said there is no package on my name. I was showing her the order number and she said “I don’t need it. ” I again said that you guys called me. Can you please check the order number. She came back and asked my last name. She went inside rolling her eyes. Came back with the package and started arguing with me saying taht she asked for the last name and I gave my first name. (In a rude tone). Employees like this are the reason for downfall of the businesses. I have been shopping at sunglass hut since 204 and I never had this kind of rude experience anywhere else. I request the store owner/manager to take action on her.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this store. As I was trying on glasses, the saleswoman came up and asked if I had enough money to buy them and if I was 18 (which I’m 23), and was extremely rude in the tone she used. She also was upset with the number of glasses I was trying on which was also ridiculous. I was looking forward to buying a couple pairs, and ended up leaving the store after such an awful experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

Usually "Be right back" is 5-10 minutes. Been standing here for 30. Started reading reviews and apparently this is a common occurrence. Whoever is doing this shouldn't have a job anymore. What a joke.

Went to repair my glasses at 10: 15. Nobody was there until close to 10: 30 even though they opened at 10.
