Best alterations. Anyone who cares about their clothes should give Sunny's a try. $$$ but worth the money. I definitely want him to hem my clothes, and thy are honest people.

I brought in a brand new, custom ordered bridesmaids gown with the tags still on it to be hemmed. All was well until I picked up the dress to try on at home and found multiple black stains on it, which I know 100% were not there when I dropped off the dress. I immediately called the store to try to rectify the situation, and the owner told me that I must’ve brought the dress in dirty and I should take it to the dry cleaners. Extremely disappointing customer service and I would advise against bringing expensive garments here. Now I’m left to figure out how to get the stains out of the dress in time for a wedding that’s 2 weeks away, as the custom gown took months to order new and cannot be replaced in time.

These people are so kind and were able to work with our short time frame. They are very professional and were able to help us out quickly.

I had one evening gown to be hemmed there was a lady before me that I had to wait for her to finish with the lady who was a white woman she had two pair of pants to be hemmed. She was never told she had to pay first. When she got to me she said it’s going to cost 95 to hmm your dress I said ok. She puts all the pins in and says ok you can take it off. She said I need your name and the payment I said why would you need me to pay upfront? She just looked at me I said I will pay half now and when I pick it up I will pay the other half. The husband said I don’t need your business I see it’s going to be a problem I was doing you a favor I said I wonder if I was white would you be acting like this. He said I thought you were a Christian. Let me make it clear that dose not mean we let people treat us different and expect us to pay for our services up front when the next person didn’t. The rules are for all people.

These guys are great! I make the weirdest requests, and they always come through for me. They make my clothes custom for a very reasonable prices.

While I did not purchased anything here, I was so impressed with the customer service and the skills of the employees.

They were able to complete my son’s suit alterations against a very tight deadline. The work was fabulous and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business.
