This is a horrible complex to live in, I was there for 2 years to build my rental history so I could get something better. They changed property management and didn't tell us tenants, we found out when the new management sent out notices. There is a roach problem that they never want to resolve, I never had issues until they took over and put in several complaints and requests and they never did anything, I had to take care of it myself. When I first moved in August of 2021 both bedrooms had bed bugs, they had it fumigated or whatever but they kept coming back so that was fun to deal with. Lots of crime and homeless people walking around through the complex, someone was shot in in the parking lot. There is no assigned parking and my car was scratched on the hood, and someone swiped the side of it as well. When I was applying for another apartment because my lease was up and I was't going to stay another year, I almost got denied because no one would answer the phone or email. I had to go to the office myself to get it done, if you can, stay far far away from the horrible place.

My friend and I applied there, we have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now with no answer. No one ever answers the phone or emails, we have given them our admin fees during the application process (amounting to over $300). We need the money back since we cant get ahold of anyone, at this point this is ridiculous and feels like we were scammed. I even went to the office for a tour myself during business hours and no one was there. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have lived here for 2 years and have had a mixed experience.

Pros: My apartment is a good size, has a nice balcony, has covered parking available, and there are courtyards for dogs. The walls are also relatively thick so I don't hear my neighbors' every moves.

Cons: This place has had 3 owners since I moved in and it's all be super disorganized. It's impossible to get ahold of management for any reason. Unlike other apartments nearby, it isn't gated and has almost no security features. My car has been stolen, my tires have been slashed, and a lot of people's windows have been broken, but the complex has no cameras or anything and have just said "we're working on it. " It's not a great part of town and I hear gunshots frequently. Spots are not assigned and it's hard to find parking close by a lot of times. The lot floods when it rains and management hasn't done anything about it. With all of this in mind, I definitely think that these apartments are way too expensive for what you get.
