Excellent service. They came to my home and SunRate explained all the details. No sales pressure and answered all my questions. They kept me informed on the different steps in the installation process and they handled everything. If you are looking for solar, this company will take care of you. Tell them I sent ya.:)

Wasted our time waiting on them to show up and never did. No call, no email, complete flakes. Typical solar company making to much money to care about customer service.

Horrible experience, lied to from day one, left us hanging with no answers, Once they have your money they don’t answer the phone and customer service is a voice mail that never returns calls. Highly disappointing and less than reputable.

The installation process was very simple and easy to accomplish. This is my second solar system I’ve purchased from them and so far everything is going smooth. Katie is very helpful and grateful with my concerns that she has gone above and beyond to address and fix my concerns. Highly recommended to anyone interested in future solar system purchase.

So happy with the instructions, prompt, friendly, know what they are talking about, left our lot as clean as before they started.

Very disappointing. My grandmother had a horrible experience with this company. Very dishonest and very cunning. You can’t lie to people who have access to the internet and will fact check you. Especially when the sales person had to constantly call someone to ask questions because she didn’t know what she was doing.
