Friendly customer service, efficient, timely and proficient. Dr Lin is the best urologist in the state of Arizona and nationally revered. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome of my procedure this morning and how seamless and pain free it went. Sunrise Urology has earned my trust and respect. Do yourself a favor and go to the best in the business.

I have never written a review before and was feeling hesitant to do so. As a young woman I was caught off guard by Dr. Lins demeaning verbal exchanges with me. I do not think it is appropriate to laugh at your patients questions or concerns, or rush them out of the room. I can see that he gets positive reviews for his work, but if you are a young woman consider going elsewhere.

Dr. Lin and Sunrise Urology were excellent from start to finish. His office is highly efficient and professional. I work in healthcare myself and so I take notice of how well an office is run. Dr. Lin was very professional and personable during our consult. The vasectomy itself was very straight forward and practically painless. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes and was able to drive home on my own. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this procedure.

Was in and out within 15-20 min for procedure was simple and quick was very informative. Would and will recommend to people cause sure once I wear my shirt I will get questions!

Very friendly staff. Nurse was funny with a couple jokes as well. Very relaxing, quick and easy.

Dr Lin and his staff are a very caring group. They take the time to make sure all your questions are taken care of.

I would not recommend this office, at least for kidney stone patients. During my several visits there were mistakes by the staff as well as Dr. Lin. Also my visits seemed rushed. I would strongly recommend East Valley Urology (EVU) I had a great experience there.

I am a previous patient of Dr Lin. I can NOT recommend this physician to anyone. Dr. Lin is extremely callous to any questions and queries- Including ones asked directly 1 on 1 in one of his private patient rooms (rushes the patient). I never felt once like he cared about my concerns, which is sad. I want to like this physician because of how qualified he might be, but like I said, too callous. 0 stars because of how "silenced" I feel. And this goes back to any visitation had unfortunately.

Simply excellent. The staff is outstanding and very professional. Dr. Lin is a superb Urologist.knowledgeable, professional and his interaction is excellent. I would recommend review of his educational video's.very impressive.

While Dr. Lin may be matter-of-fact and to-the point, he doesn't let anything slip by and is always thorough. In these days of reduced patient care, Dr. Lin is always willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have.and make sure he's answered them to the best of my understanding.

Dr Lin is an awesome surgeon.great bed side manner as well, Make's you feel comfortable and confident and that is the recipe for a successful recovery and great results.you can tell an Expert when you meet one and he is definitely one in a million.

I’m not sure how this clinic is surviving with a receptionist that treats patience so Unprofessional. It’s such an important piece of marketing for any practice. Good luck. I will take my business elsewhere We can and should Judge a practice by how their staff treats patients.

To easy.went to work the next day. No pain during the quick 5 minute procedure. No reason to go to anyone else. Dr. Linn is the best (coming from another provider)

I had many questions for Dr. Lin, he instead treated me as if I was waisting his time. Answering none of my questions and sent me on my way. All this doctor wants is your money he could care less about the patient. Dr. Lin was extremely rude. I would give zero stars if I could
