NEED AN OIL CHANGE?

This is the place to go. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and it has always been great. The staff is extremely friendly and they aren’t pushy about up selling you. They always have coupons for oil change/car wash so the prices are reasonable. They are way better than “the other guys” in town.

Corey went the extra mile to clean my car & satisfy my high expectations! Will be returning for sure! This guy is fabulous!

Went in to get my car waxed this morning and I had some reservations about the buff and wax but Daniel answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal! Anthony and Jeremiah were awesome, very knowledgeable. Jeremiah spent extra time with my vehicle to make sure I was happy with the finished product. These guys go above and beyond. Very pleased!

Anthony is always helpful and courteous. Service is prompt and the wait is never long. Thanks Anthony for all you do to make a car wash experience pleasant!

I come here frequently and appreciate the speed, price, and deals. 9/10 times the quality is fantastic. Today I got a super star wash, which included vacuuming the interior. Everything looked great. Drove off, went to sprouts, opened my hatch and there’s still pollen all over inside my trunk like they didn’t even try to get it out. I understand you can’t get everything up but still. Otherwise - they did good today. That’s my only complaint.

Truly remarkable how terrible this place is. The sales guys are good guys, the cashiers are nice the staff that completes the was is horrid. Even a slow day it will take extremely long. The staff will wonder around aimlessly line they don’t have a clue, use dirty rags to wipe down your interior, and they will only wipe down about 65% it. Oh did you want air freshener? Yeah, they don’t do that. Did you want that dirt off your car? Too bad. This is after paying for an upgraded service. They won’t clean the car or deliver on what you were sold.the guys washing the cars are slow, non attentive to any level of detail or care and from appearances, lazy. If you are planning on using this car was just take $20 to $40 and burn it and then do a really bad job washing your own car.

Really happy with my experience today. I accidentally bought the wrong full service wash and was upset that I didn't get all my features I thought i paid for. Admitadly I was a little upset, but your manager corey did such a wonderful job of helping me out. He upgraded my wash no questions asked and assured me if there's ever a mistake to ask for any manager and they will make it right. I will be a returning customer for a long time coming!

Giovanni was very professional and informative during check in. Anthony, the detailing manager was a great guy. Car was done faster that I anticipated and looked better that I imagined. Cashier gave me a friendly and pleasant courtesy call to let me know my car was done. Top notch all the way around!

I feel this is one of the best full service car wash locations in the Valley. They have rewashed my truck on several occasions if they notice the bugs or dirt aren't fully off without me asking. The blowers have blown off my wipers and clips covering my after market LED lights so just be cautious, just like all other car washes

Been to many washes across the valley, and superstar by far has been the best consistent experience. Go see the guys at superstar for awesome service and a great wash!

What a great spot for all your car needs. Friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great. Willis and Anthony were customer focused and made sure all my needs were met. Will definitely make this my main spot.

This car wash is by far the best in town, what makes it great is the manager an his staff they extremely helpful in every aspect in customer service amazing people u have!

Sold us a monthly package then told us they wouldn’t wash the mud off our truck and even when they found out that the employee at the place that sold us the monthly pass told us it was there was no charge for rinsing off the truck we got to the full-service location and they wanted to charge us 30 extra dollars to rinse mud off our truck the manager Chris at Higley location was rude to both me and my husband would not rinse off our truck as a courtesy for a new monthly customer. Do not go here! He could have as a 1 x courtesy done it seeing as he called the employee and he confirmed he told us it was no charge. We left. Not happy! Rinsing off our own truck! Chris and John Shill member (maybe not for long) bad biz practice! Educate your employees and take care of the customer! No bueno!

Excellent place to be came here for a car wash and gas found out that they also do oil changes. Fantastic friendly helpful peoples Great service and pet friends. Everything you want in an hour worth of time.

Johnny in the maintenance garage was such a help. He took the time to explain to me what work my daughter's car needed and what was best to do first, what the prices were, etc. I really appreciate that kind of personal customer service especially when it comes to our vehicles. He went above and beyond in my opinion and we will definitely be returning for any further maintenance.

Guy sighed me up for unlimited wash without my consent found out they were charging me 19,95 a month DID NOT authorize had been going there for 6 years won't return

Drove into the area from out of state with a car I purchased as a gift for my son. Wanted to get it washed and shiny prior to him seeing it. Waited in line (only vehicle IN the line) while the attendant was dealing with a complaining customer, whose vehicle wasn't even present. The attendant NEVER bothered to even acknowledge my presence until I finally had to ask if someone else could assist me. He told me I could go to the other area, which I did, and found out that wasn't a full service line. Went BACK to the full service side, where the attendant was still dealing with the complainer, and 2 other vehicles were now ahead of me. I finally had to exit my vehicle and ask the complainer if he was about done because he was holding up other customers. Finally gave up and left. Would have been nice to have the attendant help the rest of us while speaking with the complainer.
