Horrible experience. Their car wash ripped the entire rear wiper assembly off my SUV. Never again

The truth is, the washing is fine but I have problems with the membership issue. Last month it was charged and 15 days ago I had to pay to enter and they agreed to refund that payment and they still haven't made it to me and today I went and the machine didn't work again.membership but if they just let me in I hope they are not going to charge me twice this month

This review is not for a specific location but the customer service department. I have had this issue for going on 4 months now and I am still being charged twice every month and the worst part of this issue is the lack of customer support and lack of interest to fix this problem. I have been a customer for over 4 years and never had any issues but now that I need assistance I am being ignored and not to mention I am still being charged every month twice! So Dawn Dyer either step aside and let professionals do their job or do it yourself SMFH!

I love going here early mornings to nap when I have time between my work schedule and I always see durrel here and he's amazing he checked on me when I was asleep the first time now he knows me lol he's so polite and beautiful smile that's makes u smile back! Keep up the great work

I like super car wash because they provide towels and great free vacuums. I travel, so one time I showed the manager the bugs on my front bumper. He said go through a second time at no charge.

Great car wash! They have towels to dry your car after the wash and bottles of glass cleaner and you can even put air in your tires. The customer service was amazing will definitely go back!

Joseph the Assistant Manager was professional and courteous and able to solve my problem. Oscar the Fast Pass guy was helpful in getting me routed and on the track because I was having difficulty with my shifter. These guys rock!

Love how dry the vehicle comes out. Vacuum works really well. They also provide clean towels and window spray!

Great car wash with phenomenal customer service and great prices. Highly recommend trying it out if you have a chance!

Nothing like Clean Freak, the younger black lady working acted as if she didnt want to explain the memberships to me when i asked and its so irritating when you ask someone to do their job nicely and they give YOU attitude theres no reason to behave like that towards me. It made me not want to get a membership. Its Very upsetting. I almost wish i wouldve driven further to Clean freak instead of experiencing this terrible place. Worst car wash experience ive ever had. Will not return go anywhere in casa grande but this place

This location is always stocked with everything I need for a sleek clean! Darrell is so friendly and helpful! I bring my car almost 3x a week. Take advantage of the unlimited plan!

Great location, great people, car wash machinery is top notch and so far the vacuums works so there's that. Recommended!

All wash services were included and were awesome.
Not sure what is included with their monthly fee or a 2nd veh. Add on.

Staff members are very helpful. Car washed perfectly every time. How can you go wrong with free vacuum, towels, and air for your tires?

Attendant was unprofessional and attempted to scam me into a membership by not being clear with his words, their system went down and then the attended couldn’t handle it properly. The other attendant guiding my car into the wash seemed like they have never directed a car in their life. I was charged twice on my card and I paid the highest cost wash and received a bare minimum cost job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies.

Just bought a single wash today, but will come back for a membership.
