In September of 2022, a nice salesman convinced me to sign up for one month of car washes for $19.95. Little did I know that they'd signed me up for a MONTHLY subscription and charged me for over a year, totaling over $300. The monthly price also went up to $29.95 with zero notification to me at all.

Calling, emailing, does nothing and these scam artists ask you to provide proof of charge via bank statements. They don't respond when you provide what they ask and stall as long as possible to get more and more money from you.

I can't believe these crooks stay in business in 2023 and are pulling this type of thing on people. I had to cancel my credit card which was a huge inconvenience just to stop them from stealing more of my money.

I will never go back here and am going to picket with some supportive friends and family to let every single customer know what they are in for before being sweet talked into a "good deal. "

UPDATE 1/4/2024
After posting multiple reviews a Mr. Garcia in customer service got in touch with me apologized profusely. He guaranteed that a check for the full amount would be mailed to me immediately.

I did actually receive a check but upon depositing it THE CHECK BOUNCED! The bank charged me a $35 FEE!

What an absolute joke and terrible company this is. AVOID at all cost these scamming degenerates.

This place is nice. The last time through though the machine got off its belt and had four vehicles stuck inside the cleaner. Took 10 mins for them to get it to work

Reyes was awesome and helped me get setup on an unlimited plan. He even helped me attach my license plate to my car since I still had the temporary on and the permanent plate in my car. Overall this place has great staff and is super friendly!

Very fast and friendly service by Keith. I went to get a car wash and stayed to clean the inside of my car and had plenty of towels and the vacuums worked great. I’m very happy with how my car looks:) Thank you to Keith and everyone else at this location for keeping it clean and for helping me be able to make my car look nice!

I've never been to Superstar before but Tazi was great and walked me through the process of the car wash.definitely my new go to spot for a car wash I highly recommend this place they have free towels, vacuums and air hoses, they even have tire inflators so you can put air in your tires if needed. I even got a dash wipe thing and cardinal air freshener with my wash.amazing

I had a great experience while cleaning my daily driver at this location. Rey the Assistant Manager came over to inquire about my setup and it was nice seeing his reaction and enthusiasm towards cars.

Great facility and equipment to get your car clean. Be careful when signing up for membership. Ensure you see all of your personal information is inputted correctly. My rep put in a fake email address to expedite signing me up. Now I'm having to argue with them to get it canceled because I don't have an account. Yet, meanwhile they somehow know who I am because they keep charging me $24.95.

The assistant manager, Rey did an outstanding job providing excellent customer service and staying engaged with his customers outside in the parking lot! Keep up the good work dude and let’s hope for that GM and DM spot! The cobblestone across the street is NOT worth it. You get a way better wash at this location for sure! Everything is always clean, working, and fully stoked for us to use in the parking lot!

Beware! They will sign you up without letting you know, cancel without letting you know, they also put someone I didn’t know on my account, you can’t call corporate to fix any of the problems they created. Super frustrating!
As far as the car wash itself-machine are not maintained well. My car is not completely washed after. The vacuums are always broken.

The wash itself does a good job getting our vehicle clean, there has always been nicely folded towels available, all of the vaccums we have tried actually work and like most car washes in AZ, they provide shaded parking for the vacuum area.

Need to add a change a car on my plan. Ray was awesome and got it done for me. Always tons of towels and clean stalls to finish cleaning my cars.

Nothing beats the satisfaction of a clean vehicle. This location of Super Star is by far the best. Kevin, the staff, the wash and the amenities make for a great experience!

Been coming to this car wash since it's opening. Love the kind, helpful staff and the affordable subscription plans. The vacuums are strong in this branch and the towels are always fresh

Great service today from Rey. I needed to add a vehicle to a family plan. Had a tough time reaching by phone so he came out and found my existing plan and helped me add my 2nd vehicle. Really appreciate him taking the time out to help us out.
