Super Star Car Wash Express, Phoenix AZ

Car was to dirty.it had some dust from a trails but was to dirty for the car wash? They said I can wash it at another car wash then bring it back and wash it there lol just go to a different car wash.

My windshield on my dodge challenger was cracked after I left the car wash. They haven't responded to my email.

Half a used cigarette fell out of the really weak vacuum into my car. Took forever to find the only attendant working, who couldn’t do anything about it, I feel that my car is so much more dirty and disgusting than before I came here.

Got everything I need to clean anywhere and anything for my car! Got the unlimited car wash monthly package and I'm just hooked to clean my car in every opportunity I can get.

I’m this is the closets car wash to me so I go here a lot as I have a membership. Every time I go here I get great service, this location is always clean & stocked with towels. Colt is really awesome he’s helped me a few times, and he is super nice, informative, and always willing to help whenever I need something or have any questions. Thank you to everyone at this location for your help and upbeat spirits it keeps me coming back here ️

Just went through this wash. Lots of pretty foam and my car comes out 0% cleaner. Don't go here.

I have been a customer for over 4 years. My Car was scratched and it was never taken care of. Bad service.

Had monthly unlimited for a year, going downhill. Malfunctioning equip. Bad mgr. Employees are great too bad mgt. Is not as great as them. Can't keep up facility, sad was a great place. Hope they clean it up only a year old shouldn't be like this

It does a pretty good job for the price. And there’s never too long of a line so you can just go right in.

I love how efficient this car wash system is. It's much better than Clean Freak. Seems more powerful. The vacuum and power air nozzle does leaps and bounds compared to Clean Freak on 15th Ave and Indian School road. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I wish they had a better drying system. A little too much water is left on the car after the wash cycle is complete, but then again both car wash companies haven't gotten this issue figured out.

Highly NOT recommended. This car wash is damaging my cars paint job. I noticed little scratches here and there but didn't think nothing much of it. The last time i came here my car was outrageously scratched up. It looked as if someone took a Brillo Pad and tried washing my car.

I'm better off washing my own damn car. This place sucks. The dryer doesn't even dry the car, I have paid for all of the types of washes to see if there is a difference, there isn't. I have no idea why they don't check their equipment because my trunk is all scratched up now.

Horrible customer service and car was dripping water after service they said that it’s because I paid 3 dollars only I’m pretty sure it’s their air compressor. Never returning here.

I've had the membership for several years now across the valley and through several cars and it's the best bargain and quality job I've seen of like.

Horrible customer experience, damaged my car and denied it, also they didn't dry the car right, I had water all over the vehicle and when I told the manager Johnny as he said his name was, he told me "this is what it is and I know how my equipment work. "
Never comming back and don't recommend this place if you like your car.

Been going here since they opened a few years back. Washes and dries the vehicles pretty decently. Recently a car hit my vehicle inside the property. After speaking with the manager and telling me he would help me, he sent out an employee trying to get me to sign a damage waiver releasing them from liability. The contract basically just "records your testimony" on writing but has a disclaimer releasing them from liability to any damage. I didn't sign it.

I’ve had two of my cars on the the monthly membership and finally realized this car wash is damaging my cars! My suv was fairly new when I started coming here and noticed scratches and scrapes all over the suv, even a cracked windshield I could never understand where it all came from until NOW I recently started the membership for my BRAND NEW car and on my second wash I could not help but notice all those same scratches from my suv are now on my car! The car wash itself is a joke. The employees change often and the lines are ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Been trying to get in contact with you guys but you never answer i havent been their in more than 4 months and im still getting charged. Smh its online to cancel membership but i havent had that info and last time i was their i told the guy i wanted to cancel and i was told it was canceled and didnt have to worry about it but im still getting changed. I need my money back

Service is always friendly, I feel it's a good value for the money. Can't beat free vacuuming. Going through the wash always leaves my car clean too.

I desperately need more locations on the north side of town. 16 bucks a month and only one location in North Phoenix that I can find. Let me sign up for emails for when you open more.
