Supercuts, Tucson AZ

I show at 3: 55, they said "they were booked solid" with online reservations til 6: 00 p.m? I understand this can happen, but they're 4: 00 appointment didn't show while I was there? I've been going there for over 10 years, one of the stylists has served me several dozen times. What ever happened to loyal customer service? The amount of time I spent writing this outside, with no shows, they could have kept a loyal customer. This place needs proper management desperatly!

The girls here are always super friendly and do a great job on my hair. I come here to get a cut, style, and color. I also bring both my boys. Highly recommend this place. They are busy so I suggest getting the app to book an appt.

Been a while since I had a haircut.so it was pretty long.can't remember the barbers name but she did a great job

Great place for a cut and clean up. Maria is Awesome she knows how to fade and taper Amazingly, definitely a 10 out of 10 and I'm not exaggerating!

The haircut turned out as I requested. The only complaint I have is that I could have been out faster if everytime the phone rang my stylist didn't have to answer 3 times and stop when a customer came in to get hair cut. So what would be great is if their was someone answering phones and checking in people besides the person cutting hair.

The girl that works here really gave alot of tips of how to take care of my hair. I thought that was awesome.

What good is going online and signing in for a time slot and still have to wait an extra hr when you show up for the time you booked?

Karla is very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience with her and my wife LOVES how she colors and styles her hair. I recommend her to friends and family every chance I get.

My family and I have been going to Supercuts on Midvale and Valencia for over 2 years. The customer service is excellent and staff go above and beyond. One staff that has exceed my expectation is Karla. She is a master stylist, professional, kind and and always has a smile on her face. We feel like family when we visit Supercuts.

They over price their haircuts. I went to other supercuts and they have set prices. At this location apparently it is based on your length and thickness I recommend not going there and look into other locations near there. To be honest other haircut places in that same location are a lot cheaper and have better ratings just saying.

Have been going there for several years and have been very happy with my haircut. Carla has done a great job.

I usually always get a good haircut and good service at a reasonable price. They're open later than most too.

What is the point of calling ahead? I called ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait forever. I was told it was a 20 min wait so I told them to put me down on the list. As I get to the location I’m told there is one ahead of me and I’m not even on the list? Prices keep going up at Supercuts while quality and customer service keeps going down. Thanks for charging more while providing worse service. This will be my last time coming here.

I always go to Supercuts on Valencia. Karla treats everyone with respect. She listens to your hair problems and gives suggestions. I love my haircut every time. Thank you Karla

I always get my hair cuts here and I never get the same girl but no matter what they always cut my hair exactly how I want it. Great ladies here.
