Shouldn't leave with a easy cut needing to be fixed. Long hair left around the ears on a buzz is unacceptable. Extra 30s of attention to detail would have fixed that.

I was in much need of a cut and this was the only place close by taking walk ins. Everyone was so welcoming and the haircut was better than I imagined. Thanks so so much! We will def be back.

Honestly you can’t do better than Kaitlin and Meredith. They are super friendly, chatty, efficient, and they have great hair! What more could you ask for?

A 'la cart = doing the least amount for a haircut. You want a shampoo before haircut, it'll cost you an extra $6. You want side bangs, I'll cut but not blow dry bangs to make sure they lay correctly. Would rather spend an extra few dollars for a complete professional haircut.

Honestly WORST hair cut I’ve ever seen done on my fiancée. I told him not to go here but his normal place had a two hour wait and he needed a cut. We went to the Costco Dr location. He went in around 430/5 on Thursday, sept. 16. We didn’t notice until we got home but not only the back is botched and uneven, but it’s all around his head. I can’t recall the stylists name, but it was a tall, older, grey haired woman. How does she even have a job as a hair stylist? Did she really go to school, because I can’t imagine her passing? Do you guys really just hire anyone? Can’t trust them to go back and fix it so he just needs to wear a hat until it grows back out. Poor guy not only wasted money but is now embarrassed about his hair.

Went in just to have my side's trimmed as close as possible with a clipper and to leave the long hair on top untouched. It's pretty easy, you don't need to go to school to be able to do it and I know that cause I used to have a 14 yr old do it for me. He would never cut one of the long hairs. When it stood up I see a little pile of the long hairs. I asked her about it and she said oh that's normal it happens all the time. I didn't like that she did that but it can't be glued back on. So I paid and left. As i was walking to my truck I decided to redoing the hair tie she did with my long hair. I ran my fingers through and like a few palm full of hairs came out. I was kinda mad about it and went back in asking for a refund for the damage they did with my hair. This other girl said there was no refund and nothing that could be done about it. I never put anything in my hair when it's tied back, but now I have to cause of short hairs sticking out. My hair is past my shoulders and takes at least a year to grow back to that long. I don't recommend this place cause they can't even do what a 14 yr old can do.

My mom and I both came in for cuts and we're each waited on immediately. I cannot remember who cut my hair at the moment but she was amazing!

It was great! In and out in minutes. No waiting. Alejandra was very friendly and professional. We had a nice visit. I loved my short ️ ‍️

They where ok they did my son hair wich he never can pick what he want but she still didn't do the cut I wanted but it's was my son so he was ok with it.

If you’re careful about which location u go to this actually isn’t a bad haircut! Make sure you don’t hit the one on Costco dr by orange grove.
Off of cortaro where I went the lady was super nice knowledgeable and no frills!
