I've been a customer for years because of the nice people who work here. About the only complaint I ever had is that on occasion I'd have a stylist who kept having to answer the phone. Zero complaints about the quality of care and many fine haircuts.
I was however disappointed with raising prices to offset the "additional cost of business" as it was described to me at my last visit.
To the owner; sorry friend, hand sanitizer just isn't so expensive that it warrants what amounts to a 15-20% increase for service.and last time I was charged 1 buck for a mask on top of that.
Here's the thing, I regularly leave a 20 - 25% tip so it's not going to break me. It just seems to me that passing on an additional cost to customers who themselves may be having to struggle to pay their bills in light of current events isn't good policy, rather, Supercuts ought to find a way to reward their customers for coming back to them. Ladies, you're the best however I'm going to have to shop around this time.

I went in on Saturday and got THE BEST haircut from AJ! She listened to my input and gave me a great cut, just like she has for the last 5 years! Thanks again AJ!

Was a walk in, They told me it'd be a 20 minute wait. By 30 minutes I figured 'can't be much longer' but they kept having people come in with appointments.
45 minutes. 50.60.at 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting I had to step out to take a quick phone call and it was at 1 hour and 20 minutes, they were ready for me. But I missed it due to a phone call and they got someone else in. I get it, it's my fault for taking the call, but c'mon a 20 minute wait turned into 1 hour 20 minutes, and I still never got a haircut!

edit: I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 - the stylists do a good job here and I haven't had much issue before. I was just frustrated that I was told it'd be 20 minutes as a walk-in when they clearly were booked with alot of appointments. I'm still slightly annoyed but they have done good by me up until this point.

I have gone to many other salons and have paid much more for horrible service. I have curly hair and am always cautious having someone cut my hair. Some hair stylists have completely ruined my hair. Charmaine did awesome! Did not have to wait and took less than 30 mins. Wonderful haircut and service. Will definitely come back to this salon again. Can't beat their price.

I've paid a whole lot more money for terrible cuts and color. I've been going to Anna and have not been disappointed. I've watched the other stylists and I think they've done very good jobs. The reality is do not be in a hurry and do not be afraid to communicate clearly and rationally about what you want.

Walked in and the two stylists working didn’t even greet me or say anything. Waited a few minutes then walked out and told them why. Don’t act like I’m invisible, that’s all. At least say “hi” and tell me the wait time. You have to call people out on this kind of stuff, I won’t give you business if you don’t even acknowledge me.

I was going to leave a really bad review but I didnt want to add to the rather large amount of one star reviews. The staff was nice-ish, the place was clean-ish, I got in right away and my haircut was garbage. It honestly might be a 50/50 chance of a pleasant experience or total catastrophe. If you like a gamble though, this is your place!

Receive a great cut every time I go to this supercuts. I've been a regular there for about a year and have a positive experience every time. All of the stylists are very experienced and the hospitality is amazing.

NOT GOOD! I called and made an app. I ended up walking out. They don't honor the app. They don't even apologize. You have to wait if they are behind. Why don't they just tell people, first come first serve.

I have made two reservations and even with the reservation, I wait at least 30 minutes after the appointment time.
Don't bother not worth the wait.

I don't get the bad reviews. We have been bringing the family to this location for years and have never a bad haircut. Doesn't seem to matter who the stylist is, they all do a good job.

I got the worst haircut of my life. I had long hairs sticking out of the side of my hair.my side burns are completely off. This is the worst place I've been to. I'd never go here. This place is awful.

Wow - some "reopening". I went in for a haircut, was told a 15 minute wait, waited for 30 without acknowledgement. Then as I'm sitting in the waiting room, some apparent regular customer calls in and requests an appointment and they place his name ahead of mine on the video waiting board. Needless to say I walked out. Looking forward to seeing how the new owner tries to sell the "new ownership" angle in this case.

Awful. The older lady chopped my mom's hair and when she told her about her cowlic, she gave my mom a nasty look. Don't go here. Not worth the cheap prices.
