I have long hair. Flo did an excellent job just trimming the dead ends as I requested. Great experience and will definitely be going back to see her.

You need to train your staff how to deal with stress. She clearly didn't know how to manage her time and took it out on me. First she argued with me about my check in time, which was 12: 45 and we were early and then proceeded to tell me my boys would have to wait until everyone else was done. There was at least 6 people in the lobby. No thank you. Not going back there again.

Had a great experience. We were able to seen a on time! Took my daughters and they felt comfortable and were very happy with the results! The hair stylists were knowledgeable, helpful, and talented!

Chase cut my son’s hair today and he did a great job. Emily usually does it and she is terrific. Their manager Flor has very poor costumer service skills.

I had a pleasant and friendly experience at this location. My haircut was quick and painless. I'd definitely go back again.

EDIT: So I emailed Krista on June 1st in response to her reply on this review, and I still have not received a refund or an email. Honestly, I didn't expect anything to be done but was pleasantly surprised when she replied to this review. I'd at least like to have had a return email or some kind of communication. Due to no follow-up, I wish to warn others that their customer services (guest relations) does NOT follow through with their replies on here.

I don't normally write reviews, but this was by far my worst experience with a hair cut.

I went in with my hair as more of a long bob and was getting a pixie cut, on the longer side (not shaved/buzzed). I've had this cut before and know that I like the sides a little longer using scissors - enough to tuck behind my ear with the hair a little stacked around for texture. What I got was a buzzed look using scissors that is extremely short. My hair is now as short as my husband's who had his buzzed. I do not know my stylist's name (she didn't introduce herself and I didn't ask), but she has short reddish hair like a bob around her ears. I showed photos and explained as best I could what I wanted, and it sounded like she knew what I was talking about, but she didn't look at the photo references very much or ask any questions to clarify. I even showed her about how short/long I wanted the sides to be.

I mentioned that the sides were short when she finished with that and had me look, but I also said it'd grow back. She proceeded to tell me that is what happens when you go for a drastic change. Honestly, I feel that was extremely rude, as if she was blaming me for her cutting it too short. With the top portion, she then asked how long to keep that (I feel she only asked after I mentioned the shortness of the sides). I gave her the go ahead and it was still shorter than she had estimated before cutting. I am extremely upset with this cut, especially since she did a weird buzz thing around my ears when she said she was cleaning up. I didn't know what she was doing, and as I got home, I found that she took a bunch of hair away from the shell of my ear - which was nothing like we talked about. After she finished, I complimented the top texture (which is nice) but again mentioned how short the sides were. She reiterated that drastic changes cause this feeling and that it will feel good going into the summer. I feel insulted by that remark, especially since she again seemed to cast the blame on me as if I did not understand the cut. I know what I want - I've gone to other places back in Illinois and had it done in the way I wanted with the same photo references. I've had this cut for over a year and decided to come to this place after my husband had a good experience with a different lady (longer blonde hair, we don't know her name, but she did awesome on his expectations).

The cut as a whole is uneven (as I've looked at it at home) and I cannot find a way to style it to make it not look bad. There is nothing I can do but wait for my hair to grow back so I can get it recut by someone who understands how to cut a short style. I highly recommend not going to this woman with the shorter reddish hair for a cut. I also reccomend for the store to have a crash course on not going too short at first (you can always go shorter) and to not try and put the blame on the customer. Maybe even discuss how to talk to a client and find out what they are looking for and to ASK QUESTIONS before doing a lot of cutting. It's the customer's hair that is getting cut after all. Honestly I should have known to get out of the chair as soon as she started cutting without asking questions.

My barber was extremely thorough, kind, and respectful. I didn't feel like I had to make small-talk, but she made me feel welcome and was extremely detail-oriented. I can't wait to go again.

Got my hair cut today by Stephen (Master Stylist) here at this location just Amazing how my hair felt and Soo fresh after cut.will indeed go back again A+ thank you Stephen you have Amazing hands as stylist

Just called to find out how much a woman's cut is and the woman on the phone was not friendly at all. After I asked how much she said $16 and I said thank you, she just hung up.no you're welcome, good bye, or anything, she definitely had an attitude in her voice.skipping over this company.if they're rude on the phone I don't think it will be any better in person

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever gotten. You can tell the staff how you want your haircut and they will not follow instructions. They do not have the slightest clue how to do a fade and left a clear line all the way around my head. 100% will not be coming back and definitely don't recommend anyone going here.

I went for a haircut I told the lady exactly what I wanted she did not do what I said I HATE my hair now it’s the worst. NEVER again will I ever come back first and last time. I look like something else I don’t want to be disrespectful on the post. I should have not paid I’m so mad.

Had my sons hair cut there, it came out great. His sylist was Stephen, I totally recommend him.

Told Sarah not to cut my daughters hair too short because she has naturally curly hair. She chopped it and Gloria had to come and try and fix it. It was a failed attempt! I should not have had to pay for that haircut if my daughters hair was ruined. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay more money to try and get it fixed. Needless to say I won’t be coming here anymore and sticking with Toni and Guy where they actually listen to you and your concerns definitely worth paying more money for!

Absolutely horrendous! Miranda on Stapley/McKellips ruined everything. My hair was to the middle of my back, it's now above my damn shoulders! I'm trying to post a pic.in here to show how awful it is, she never even apologigized, acted as if I was the one that did something wrong! If I can't past pic on here, go to my Facebook, message me and I'll send you a pic, this Miranda chic needs to stop cutting hair!

I got my hair cut here it was the biggest mistake ever the girls in here was not nice at all and my hair is all messed up one side is longer DO NOT GO HERE.

I go here or to another one all the time. I have a pretty simple haircut and they do a gret job.

I will NOT be coming here again.i brought in a picture of what i wanted the stylist to do and she barely even glanced at it. She did not listen to my instruction. She was very rude and in the end i wasted my money.

I like this place. I get my hair cut here almost every month. They are fast and efficient and occasionally carry on an interesting conversation.
