Amazing customer service and repair! Joey communicated with me every step of the way and fixed our garage door within an hour. We were quoted from another company 10x’s the amount and none of the work in that quote was even necessary!

Needed a spring replaced, got ahold of Joey on the weekend (Yes… he answered his phone on the weekend) so he sent Dave and Raymond the following Monday (was not an emergency) They did an exceptional job. Not only did they replace the spring they lubricated and serviced the door also. Highly recommend Superior Installation for your garage door needs. Prompt, Courteous and Professional!

First-class, professional and fast service!
Having called five local garage door businesses, Superior quickly rose to the top!  Joey enthusiastically answered all questions for replacing our old garage door opener.
Features and prices of new units were discussed with clear explanations of benefits/costs.  We decided to hire Superior for the installation-only of the new opener we purchased.  David called first, then arrived early, for a professional and seamless installation of new opener.  He even kindly shared a donated, extra remote control unit, from another jobsite.
It is our privilege to be able to share this excellent review for an excellent business, with others, needing some garage door service.

I had a small issue I for some reason could not figure out on my own. Joey from superior gave me a call and actually walked me thru how to fix it on the phone. He was super nice, friendly, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone with a garage door issue.

We had an awesome experience with Superior Installation Garage Doors & Openers from our phone call through the repair. It's no wonder they have a 5 star rating. Joey, Dave and Alan provided prompt, courtesy service after the spring on our garage door broke, blocking two vehicles. Joey offered to send out help so we could get our vehicles out. We didn't need to take him up on the offer because they came out just as quickly and replaced the springs. The guys even serviced my other garage door at no charge. We really feel we received above and beyond customer service and would highly recommend them.

Power board to my opener went out. Superior was recommended by another company who does not do service calls. Joey showed up within an hour of me calling them! Talk about fast service. He replaced the logic board. Pretty easy fix and he had the right part on hand. 95 bucks for the part and 95 for the service call. I will use them again in the future.
