Okay, I’m the person who reads reviews not writes, therefore I hope this review reaches many viewers for that personal opinion, THIS COMPANY IS PHENOMENAL! From the water refiner (softener) & reverse osmosis (drinking water system) to the PEOPLE most importantly. I recently purchased my home and reached out to 3 companies, guess who answered same day and reached out to me, yeah it was Superior Water, that speaks volumes as someone who does not want dry skin after every hand wash or shower this was the best move at the right price. The crew was amazing, so professional, so respectful,! So knowledgeable on water; the chemistry behind it, to answering my every question no matter what day or time. You cannot go wrong with this company for your home water needs. They installed quickly and correctly, to even helping me with my water heater which was so (unrelated to water refining) but so amazed at how helpful they are (I had no idea my water heater was even off) they are so great and a special thanks to Steff Hunter & Keith for everything from beginning to finish.

Brian was God sent! He is such a courteous, respectable and hard working young man. He did not give up on the water softener issues even though he is recovering from a leg accident. It's so rare to meet young men with such high working ethics.

Jermaine took care of our maintenance for the water system. He was very thorough on everything and explained a lot on the best way to help get the best out of the system. He was very friendly throughout the entire time. Great customer service

Rob was our technician who came out to drop of our water softener cover and do our yearly maintenance. He was very professional and most of all understanding. He was patient with me as I had to rearrange things due to I was not aware that he needed to get under my sink and I have a 3 yrs old kid asking 20 billion questions lol. He was quick and efficient in installing a new spout. Thank you Rob for doing a great job.

Brian and his workmate came by to service my system, answered questions professionally, adjusted my service schedule, and gave me information that I didn’t have before. They did an excellent job replacing filters (no leaks first try). Superior Water did me right. Many thanks.

Last years tech obviously did not do the job correctly because when this years tech (Jermaine) went to check out the outside water conditioner there was not only a solid salt bridge but also a 3” layer of crystals that took Jermaine a good half hour to break up and vacuum up to get the unit back to normal. Between this and the filter replacement procedure in the house I am very confident that Jermaine is an expert on this system and his efforts go a long way to reduce the negative issues of last years poor service from your company.

Had our system serviced by Jermaine. He gave us a call and a text an hour before he came. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing as I was curious on just how the system works. He was definitely a 5 Star employee.

Jermaine did an outstanding job during my service call yesterday. I had a low pressure issue which was preventing The water tank from filling for our drinking water and our ice machine in our refrigerator. Everything is working perfect now. He also changed two filters and inspected the entire system. Very courteous and professional-Thanks

I am not a review writer EVER. Lately it seems that customer service just doesn’t matter and everyone is rude. Businesses take advantage and do subpar work. NOT THIS COMPANY! I have had my system for over a year now and they have done EVERYTHING to make sure I am satisfied. They stand behind the product AND the labor. They have repeatedly stood up and done the right thing. I will recommend this company to anyone that listens. From the office staff, to the service techs, to the owner. There has not been one single person that didn’t reflect the work ethic and standard they represent! I hope they continue this level of standard!

Steve was super awesome and answered all of our questions when coming to our home to show us the product. He was very knowledgeable. Matt and Rob did our install a few weeks later and were very respectful and on time. Thank you guys, we love our water now!

I've had this softner for a year they came to do a yearly maintenance check and first trip was bad but came back today Brian explained all the reasons why my softner wasn't working properly. It started from installation but he was wonderful. He fixed the issue and helped me understand what I need to do monthly so it works right. I really do love my water softner.
