Had good experiences hear each time I went. It was always to buy a gift and both times were nice. The store is a little plain and small but clean and navigable. Service was quick to ask me if I needed anything and to leave me to my dues when I was just looking around. Gifts I got were good to and reasonably priced!

I've been going to super pawn for at least 10yrs now, staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I met a new face Jorje who was helping out at this location was amazing! He went above and beyond and really helped me out. Working in customer service more than half my life theres very few stores or company that will get me to write a review lol. But I love the whole staff at super pawn and Jorge just became another reason I wont go any where else!

Please don’t waist your time here, this place is a joke! They informed me that my silver chain and gold pendants weren’t real. They were 24k gold plated and sterling silver. Also wouldn’t buy any of my stuff, despite having all my identifying information! I made many trips back and forth from my home in 100+ degree weather all for nothing! I wanted a bicycle, some speaker equipment and more jewelry. I will never bring any of my business back ever again! I’ll also let my family know about how much of an awful experience it was. I greatly appreciated the water tho and hospitality! So that was chill af:)

Terrible place to buy people don't want to help you I buy a electric guitar the lady tell me I have 2 weeks to testing and that thing has electric problems I try to return it 2 days later and and the manager says sorry you loose your money anyways I never return to this place

I've never been to a pawn shop where they charge more than what it cost to retail do not go into that place without your phone so you can price check that stuff they have a bunch of crackheads working there that over price everything

Working in sales i understand that you THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE A UNDERSTANDING of what your being sold. Simple questions shouldn't bother somebody that's obviously "SUPPOSED" to know their product on hand. So I'm still going to purchase this $45 TV and end this with a BIG YOU GUY'S ATTITUDE SUCKS BAD.

Was in there looking at laptops and asked if I could turn one on to see if it worked. Was told by the manager- (Nope! Either buy it or leave it) who's going to buy any thing electric if you can't even see if it turns on! Never going there again! They lost out on some money! Little do they know.

The store manager kevin was rude, cocky, unethical, and needs to realise business is about the customer not the $. There are plenty of pawn shops. I recomend going to a different one. Avoid the Mesa dr and southern store.

The store manager kevin took advantage of my gf who didnt know better. When I went to speak to him about it he held a condescending smirk and was unwilling to own his mistake. COCKY, UNETHICAL, AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT give this store location (mesa dr and southern) ANY business.

Kevin is a great manager, I was long time loyal customer of his at Southern/Country Club store. Was sad when they moved him to other stores. He has always been friendly and super helpful.

I have not had any problems they always give me.what I ask for nice people far as I am Concerned
