This shop is amazing I’ve been going here for about 18 years and they’ve always taking care of me and the girls are wonderful there the items are wonderful they’re really fair on Pawn pricing for my guitars they took good care of me! Love you guys! Kimchi for all!

My visit was amazing. The Manger and the store employee were awesome to work it. When I visit the location I'm always welcomed with open arms. Awesome job ladies! =-)

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been to this place twice. The first time I sold a couple of things and had to fill out a ridiculous amount of paperwork compared to other pawn shops. The second time the staff was extremely rude and didn’t even bother to evaluate my item. There are so many other nicer places in town with a much more professional staff.

Their nice but sometimes the management people will rip you off HELLA.watch out and be careful what you pawn!

I brought in a drill gun I received as a Christmas gift. I've only used it a couple of times in those two weeks. I had left the house without cash and was dangerously low on gas. I had not been to this store but it was the closest I could find. I was told I need a receipt because it looks so new. I presented the shipping box it came in and it was obviously not retail packaging or something that could have been stolen from a store. I asked for another opinion, and the manager told me to get in touch with my aunt and have her email a receipt to me. He wants me to tell my aunt I need to pawn my Christmas gift from her. Are you kidding me? Then the 16 year old employee says, " It's only worth 5 or 6 dollars anyway. ". I proceeded to open up eBay, who is the pawn price standard, and show them 3 entries in a row for $90. In pawn language that means they should loan $30. The manager refused to accept my item and I told him there is no way I'm calling my aunt for a receipt for her Christmas present. Now I am leaving my truck here and walking to a gas station to beg for a gallon of gas so I can get back home. There is no way I ever set one foot in this store ever again.

Very friendly and helpful and look out for items I request and notify me when they arrive.

Its a pawn shop you never know what to expect, you see it and it may not be there the next time you go. People are always willing to help, very well trained on all item's there, to a certain extent. They are very respectful and professional. The shop is very clean and organized and cameras everywhere and you are somewhat safe.

I had no issues with this store. They greeted me when I walked in. I found a few items I wanted to look at. The manager was great, very courteous. The young lady that took my payment was very friendly & professional. I stop by now to check out their selections once & a while.

Absolutely piss poor service, would not buy or sell a thing to them. Don’t waste your time.

They weren't so friendly to me. I have gotten loans and paid them back in full several times before. I tried explaining to them that I've been a customer here before, but they didn't seem to care. I wasn't a customer there today. I'm not going to be a customer any other day either. It felt like I was bothering them. I won't bother them ever again, you probably shouldn't either.
